Welcome to Stone Haven – Your Lake Hartwell Escape. Enjoy our small southern villages of Anderson, Pendleton & Clemson. Where you can stroll & enjoy delicious food & unique shopping, along the way, With a southern charm you can’t resist. Enjoy the hiking & biking in the hills of the surrounding area of Stone Haven. Tour Clemson University and Death Valley. As we are in an extreme drought, our lake level is extremely low. No swimming, boating or fishing off our dock. Nearby areas will launch boats and jet skis. Please exercise caution when navigating the water.

Nestled near the tranquil shores of Lake Hartwell, this inviting four-bedroom retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience for your next getaway. Whether you're planning a relaxing vacation, a visit to Clemson University just 17 minutes away, or a summer adventure, Stone Haven provides a peaceful haven with easy access to it all.

Step inside to a warm and welcoming living room, ideal for quality time with family and friends. Enjoy modern comforts including free WiFi, a cozy fireplace, and a smart TV with satellite/cable channels. The fully equipped kitchen—featuring a stove, oven, refrigerator, grill, and dishwasher—has everything you need to cook up your favorite meals. Dine indoors at the table or head outside to the porch and fire pit area, where you can soak in the serene lake views.

When it's time to unwind, retreat to one of the spacious bedrooms, and take advantage of the in-unit washer and dryer for added convenience. Two full bathrooms come stocked with towels and essential toiletries to make your stay even more comfortable. With additional amenities like air conditioning, heating, and a baby gate, this home is ideal for families and groups of all sizes.

Stone Haven is the perfect home base for summer fun on Lake Hartwell, Clemson football weekends, graduations, campus visits, and concerts or events in nearby Anderson, SC. Due to the drought, the water was extremely shallow and not swimmable/boat-able from the property. I suggest asking directly about this if the primary reason for your visit is use of the lake from the property. Denise was responsive to my feedback about this, but it didn’t change the very missed expectation of a waterfront lake house. The house is otherwise immaculate and well appointed. Great indoor and outdoor spaces and nice preparation for the guests in terms of snacks, coffee, and prepped fire pit. Overall very comfortable. The proximity to Clemson and Pendleton is great and a 40 minute drive to Greenville.

It’s unfortunate that you felt you needed to give me a bad review after you received a substantial refund. Along with photos that were staged with my own chair in the mud. You were notified that we had low water you came anyways. I hope you’ll be happy someplace else on Lake Hartwell

Beautiful, Comfortable home. Perfect for our family from out-of-state to visit our Clemson kiddos. Very well equipped kitchen and our family very much enjoyed the fire pit area. Home was very clean and communication with host was wonderful.

Wonderful trip

I traveled with my husband and young child. The house had plenty of space, a well equipped kitchen and fun games. It was a great space for our family.

Great place to stay - close to Clemson

Stayed at this home for 3 nights as we attended orientation at Clemson for our youngest. Nice quiet cove - perfect for paddle boarding or kayaking. Host was very accommodating. Loved our time on the porches and the ability to be on the lake and so close to Clemson. Would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous for family time!

The property is beautiful!! The well stocked linens and comfy beds were a delight! The cozy couch was great for all 6 of us to hang out together. The beautiful view of the lake from the multiple places to sit on the backside of the house made to stay so peaceful. Communication with the property manager was quick and minimal. A fabulous stay!.

Gorgeous home on Lake Hartwell

This is a little piece of heaven. The house is decorated impecable, the outside balconies, fire pit and dock to the water are gorgeous. We kayaked and swam several times during our stay and absolutely loved every minute. The property feels like you are in a wooded retreat but really very close to get to town.

Beautiful home on Lake Hartwell!

We had a fabulous time at this beautifully updated home. It was so peaceful and right on the lake. We enjoyed floating in the lake and kayaking. It was just a short drive to the restaurants and shops we wanted to visit. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much!

Brenda, I am sorry you felt we accused you of the the items that were broken. There was broken glass on the bathroom floor, which I believe your husband said was an accident. I thought there was a thoughtful exchange as to what had happened and no security costs were deducted. Not sure any of our guests have to take pictures, they’ll just have to communicate they were broken when they arrived, which was not followed by our house rules.
