Just spent seven days at Beach Days, and overall it was a great property. It’s a short walk to the beach and to the Bridge Street Pier, which has plenty of shops, restaurants, and excursions. The place was well maintained and had plenty of space for everyone in our group to relax and enjoy. The pool was perfect for cooling off after the beach or starting the day. The house was also well stocked with everything you’d need for a vacation.

Property is in a great location and served our family of 12 well. We enjoyed the pool everyday and the beach was a short walk (or golf cart ride) away. Easy walking access to shops, restaurants and nightlife. Our family had children 6 years old all the way up to grandparents in their mid 70s and the house had something for everyone. Be aware there is a considerable amount of stairs to enter the home as well as access the laundry for those with limited mobility. Our biggest concern was our inability to charge the electric golf carts we rented. The owner promptly responded to my inquiry for the appropriate outlet to use, but in the end all the outlets resulted in the breaker tripping after 5-10 mins of charging a golf cart. (We contacted the rental company of the carts and had them take the cart back to test it and they determined the cart was not faulty). Other recommendations would be for an additional fridge as the house accommodates large groups which means more food/drink than can fit in 1 regular refrigerator. Also 1 of the pinball machines was not working but that was not a huge deal for us. All in all we had a lovely time and would consider staying here again. It is a great value for all that you get.

The property was amazing. A quick walk around the corner to one of the most amazing beaches in the USA. We had 11 ppl in the house and it never felt crowded. The downstairs pool and hangout area was perfect for later afternoon fun and grilling out. Everyone had a blast!!

Beautiful home- very comfortable for 2 families

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Beach Daze. 2 families with small children, the layout of the house was very accommodating with multiple "master" bedrooms. a short walk to the public beach, restaurants and a small playground right across the street!

Tons of bedrooms and Bathrooms with amazing outdoor space for gathering with pool and hot tub!

The house was everything as described. Having so many bathrooms with on suite bathrooms was definitely a plus. We loved being able to walk to the beach, restaurants, Bridge Street and more! Beds were comfortable and plenty of towels and linens too. Definitely would stay here again.

Great Location

We were a group of 13 adults. The house was perfect for us. Lots of room, great location. Could have used more towels and a bathroom on the ground level for those with mobile issues.

Family Thanksgiving

The house was the perfect set up for our group of 13 to celebrate our family Thanksgiving (8 adults, 5 kids ranging 1.5 - 10 yo). The property was clean and had everything we needed including beach accessories and toys. Property manager was quick to respond to any questions or issues. Definitely recommend!

2023 Golf Trip

We rented this house last year for our annual golf trip to Florida and it was the perfect location. So this year we booked the same house and it was like home again. The house was clean and had everything we needed for 7 guys to cook every day. Hot tub was nice and hot. Can't wait to book the same house next year.

Very Nice

Perfect vacation home and location. Only 1 problem A lot of stairs interior and exterior. Back exterior spiral metal staircase very dangerous 2 of our family members slipped and fell and got hurt badly.

Great vacation home!

We had our annual family vacation here with age ranges 6 months to 67 years and everyone had a blast! This is our second summer here and we loved it equally as much both times. The location to restaurants and the beach is fantastic and easily walkable. Having all the bathrooms is wonderful! The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is pretty well stocked! Our only complaint was the condition of the floors. We know this time of year the rental properties turn over like crazy so it’s hard to keep up, but they definitely need a good scrub! We would still highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a wonderful vacation home!

Lovely Home/Great Location

Beach Daze is a Lovely home with plenty of space for our family. The location was very convenient to bars, restaurants and the community Pickle Ball court! My only negative comment is that I reported some items that had normal wear and tear and a broken chair (which I feared could injure someone if not replaced) and the fact that the dryer was damaged and needed attention. Although the property manager did respond via email, she did not follow up when I gave her further info on the damaged items. The above “complaint” reflects on the property manager, NOT the property or owner! We are a group of creative people and we were able to repair the dryer, temporarily, by using kitchen tools to dig into the lint trap and remove a piece of the trap apparatus that had broken and had lodged to block the lint and airflow. This appears to have been broken for quite a while. The property manager did not follow up with the broken chair, which I had told her I would set outside to be picked up by a handyman. I did put the chair back in the house eventually, even though the metal on the back was buckling and could cause injury if the metal were to completely fail. I would still recommend this property to others but we paid a premium price for this rental and the property manager caused my stay to be less than ideal.

Beach House

House is in an amazing location! Steps from Bridge Street, beach access and trolly stops. Convenience Store in walking distance too! Beds were very comfortable and linens soft! Plenty of towels. Several tv's and cable TV too! If you have someone with issues doing stairs then this is not the place for you. It's a tall house with no elevator. My only personal issue was the pool area. I am a sun and pool girl and there is virtually no sun at the pool. Mostly for shade lovers. The beach is steps away so it was fine. The house was lovely! The beach chairs were quite worn out so try them before taking them to the beach. Would I recommend this house, absolutely!

Perfect Size & Location

Our group of nine, ranging in age from 6 to 66, enjoyed our stay. The size was perfect and could have easily accommodated a few more people than we had. There were plenty of towels, both beach & bath. Also, the four large pillows on each king bed were awesome. The location was great, just a short walk to the beach. It does back up to a lot I'm assuming the city owns and the machinery/trucks could be loud at times during the day. Otherwise, a very quiet location. Some items/furniture could use some updating, especially the beach stuff. The wagons, umbrellas, etc have definitely seen better days. The only other thing to be aware of is if someone in your group has mobility issues the main living area is actually one level up, so a full flight of stairs up from ground level. This didn't make a difference to us, but if someone in your group has an issue with stairs it could be a problem. Overall, the house was perfect for a group our size and we had a great time!

Great place to stay for 10 people- five couples. Bedrooms and bathrooms nice. Kitchen and living plenty of seats. Pool and hot tub were awesome. Suggest at some point replacing living room furniture with some comfortable chairs but otherwise an excellent rental resort home

Annual Family Vacation

We stayed in this same house last year and loved it. It wasn't as impressive this year. Still a nice place to stay but needs a nice going over everything to make sure it is all working and in tip top shape. We would definitely stay there again. Great location. Recommend this house to others.

Hi Rhonda, Thank you for your review. Would you mind emailing anything you noticed that was not working? When this house is booked every Saturday for a few months on end not every guest reports things to us and we have a small amount of time to check the home before the next guest arrives. Great getaway

Stayed at Beach Daze for 2 weeks. Would highly recommend for large groups and families. The house was clean and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Garage had loads of beach toys for everyone to enjoy. Management was also great. Had a small problem with the pool and they immediately sent the pool co out and he came back two days in a row to ensure it was working properly. Will definitely be staying here again.

Great Place!

Beach Daze is the perfect family vacation spot. It’s close to the beach and all the restaurants on Bridge St. The house was well-equipped with beach chairs and umbrellas with a sand wagon to carry it all in. We were a bit disappointed in the lack of serving dishes and for a party of 12, so just used big Tupperware containers. We will definitely look into renting it again.

The Blueprint Model for a Beach house !

Our extended family of brothers and sisters, children and grandchildren and in-laws have been taking an annual week long vacation for thirty years ! Our numbers are now up to 14 people in our group. When looking for accommodations that meet our needs the choices are few for a lot of the popular destinations. We have , over the years ,stayed at a lot of nice beach homes but this one is the absolute best ! The location is ideal. The build quality of this home is top tier as are the furnishings , decorations, beds and bedding, towels, appliances, kitchen, bathrooms, pool , jacuzzi everything ! Anyone that can find something to gripe about with this property probably needs to reassess who the real problem is. Our family is leaning to towards booking this home again next year ! It would be an accomplishment to find a vacation home that would rank above this one !
