toYou can walk out and in 5 minutes you are in the forest, by foot or open lift you can reach Tcherni vryh - the highest peak of Vitosha. It is very private and tranquil and has a beautiful garden, where you can rest and breathe deep.
The villa is built in a beautiful classical style and is 300 m2.
There are 2 garages on the ground floor and place for parking of 2 more cars in the front of the house entrance.
The living room and kitchen are very spacious and fully equipped. Living room looks to the garden and has a fire place for the cool evenings.
There are 3 bedrooms on the first floor , 2 of them having a stunning view to the mountain ( attached balconies ) and the third one has a nice view to Sofia.
