Välkommen till en oas i havet. 61 Dune Lane är ett magnifik 5-sovrumshavshus med plats för alla.
På bottenvåningen i huset välkomnas du med stora fönster från golv till tak mot Atlanten. Det finns plats för 8 på det formella matbordet och andra 6 vid frukostbordet. Köket har alla rostfria vitvaror och en separat ismaskin för att hålla alla drycker kalla. Det finns också en stor ö med 3 extra avföring. Vardagsrummet har en stor sektions soffa och plattskärms-TV och otroliga vyer! Befälhavaren sviten ligger på 1: a våningen med en king size-säng, stort badrum och platt-TV. Befälhavaren badrummet har gott om diskutrymme med 2 handfat, jacuzzi och dusch. Det finns också ett pulverrum precis utanför köket på bottenvåningen. Strax utanför vardagsrummet finns ett stort däck med gott om sittplatser över havet.
Med trappor eller hiss kan du komma till andra våningen i hemmet med resten av sovrummen, tvättstugan och mer. Bara på toppen av trappan är det 1: a gästrummet med en queen size-säng och eget badrum med dusch. Drottning sovrummet har också tillgång till 2: a våningen däck överlockning havet. Nästa på andra våningen är dubbelrummet med 2 enkelsängar och eget badrum. Mellan dessa två sovrum finns ett tvättstuga med staplad tvättmaskin och torktumlare. På framsidan av huset finns ett annat täckt däck med plats för en avkopplande eftermiddagsläsning. Nästa drottning gäst sovrum ligger strax utanför vardagsrummet. Detta sovrum har också eget badrum och platt-TV. 2: a våningen vardagsrummet har en stor platt-TV, mikrovågsugn och dryck kylskåp för gästanvändning. Soffan är också en bäddsoffa. Det sista sovrummet på 2: a våningen har en king size-säng mot havet, badrum och platt-TV. Den andra våningen har också ett pulver rum.
Garaget har gott om utrymme och har ett fullbordstabell och går ut till pooldäcket. På pooldäcket finns gott om sittplatser runt matbordet med 6 stolar och gasgrill. Njut av solskenet vila i poolstolarna längs däcken eller äta lunch vid det stora picknickbordet med plats för alla. Den stora poolen har också ett spa med plats för 4 och fantastisk utsikt över havet. Poolen kan värmas mot en extra kostnad. Vid uppfarten och framsidan har du parkering för minst 5 bilar och utrymme i garaget för ytterligare 2.

Beachside Getawy home on the beach

House was perfect for family of thirteen and three generations. House was as advertised and corporate host Beachside Getaway was very responsive to our needs. Only downside was the cost. For Twentyfive grand a week we have other options for building family memories.

Wonderful stay with just a few quirks

Gorgeous home right on the beach. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our group. Huge areas to relax and kick back. Great communication with management company. We had a few hiccups with the TV/wifi set up and a few other very minor things, but nothing that upset the amazing time we had! We rented golf carts and bicycles for the group. Very easy to get around. The pool was heated and the spa was toasty warm. Wonderful restaurants and bars in the area. We watched the sun rise every morning. Dolphins swam close to shore early in the morning too. It was a fantastic spring break! Would rent here again!

Great house, great view, great location!!!

Pros: Great house! Very clean, tons of beach towels, some beach/pool items available for guests including a ping pong, corn hole, and blow up pool floats. There must've been 20 beach towels available! The view compared to many other listings was amazing due to the wrap around floor to ceiling windows! There was an elevator which I didn't realize (even though we didn't need it). Every single bedroom has a private full bath! There are two master suites (one on the first floor and one on the third) with amazing oceanfront views. The walk to Coligny is about half a mile, and my teenage boys loved the indolence of walking there on their own! Tons of shopping and restaurants. There's a grocery store in the shopping plaza as well. Cons are nitpicky: We had difficulty entering the house. You need a garage code to get to the door that has the code to enter the house. I believe it was an oversight, but we did not receive the garage code, so had to enter through an unlocked patio door after trying all the doors. The kitchen is well stocked, but could use a declutter and more pantry space for dry goods. Although the kitchen had everything you would need, the pots and pans are no longer non-stick, and there are no extras left behind like salt/pepper, oils, saran wrap, aluminum foil, etc which most of my other rentals tend to have. The hot tub was broken but it didn't affect our stay as we didn't use it.

Excellent stay!

Property was great! Our large family really enjoyed the space! Kids enjoyed the bonus space upstairs and pool! Beach access was good but the steep incline a little tricky for all ages but still manageable. Property can definitely use a little TLC but nothing major and understandable for the property age and the elements of the environment. Grill was replaced during our stay and lesson learned to check grill before buying grilling meats !! One of our highlights at this property was definitely the outside space where we hosted a private family party and a chef recommended by the managing property group and it was wonderful! The only negative other than the steep beach access was the fact that trying to be a flexible and help out the property I rushed back to the house and waited for a repair guy to service the dryer vent. Being the last day I wasn’t happy about it as it was only one of the few days the weather was perfect but I understand the scheduling constraints to get important maintenance accomplished so I thought I would be a good player and help out. So I waited for over an hour and finally reached out for an update on the ETA for the service appointment. Sorry, they are running behind and going to reschedule. Now that was frustrating to say the least! Can’t get that time back! The great pros of this property, elevator, kid friendly. Convenient to shopping. Close proximity to the beach! With a few minor updates this property has a lot to offer! We hope to be back soon!!

Wonderful vacation

We loved our trip to Hilton Head and the property was just as described. We had a few hiccups but the property managers were unbelievably attentive and fixed all issues immediately. Best property managers we have encountered by far!

Hilton Head Vacation!

Great property and location! The home was above expectations. The location was superb! A few minor issues with the home, and some minor cleanliness issues, but overall could not have been better! And the property managers were great to work with - attentive, informative, helpful, responsive. I give them the absolutely highest marks possible! We will be back!

Family Reunion

We loved our week on Hilton Head Island! The house was amazing! It was well stocked. Every bedroom had an ensuite bathroom. With the floor to ceiling windows the view of the ocean was breathtaking. We also loved being able to walk to shops and restaurants at Coligny Plaza. Heating the pool was key at this time of the year. The kids even got in on the day is was in the 50's. The pool company vacuumed and checked chemicals mid week which was impressive. We rented bikes from Hilton Head Bicycle Company. They were delivered Saturday afternoon so we had the whole week to enjoy them. The property manager was also great. When we had questions we got a very quick response and they even checked in after a couple days to make sure everything was OK. We highly recommend this property!

Spent a lot of time on the beach golf and a private sunset sail

As we entered the house there was a beautiful vase of flowers that had a card address to us. What a special touch The house was beautiful. Bathrooms in every room We were just steps from the beach. When we weren’t at the beach we spent the time at the pool and hot tub. It had 2 grills one on the top deck and one on the bottom There was lots Of seating on both decks. We had the honor of meeting the owners. They were very Pleasant. I would Like to thank them for letting us stay there and hope that they will allow us to return again

Our getaway

This property was exactly what we needed in respect to beach and pool. The house reverberated noise loudly which was chaotic with 3 children. Otherwise, comfortable. The management team responded promptly and satisfactorily to 2 issues we had: pool heating and clogged drain.

Great location on the ocean

Nicely decorated, more than enough room for the our family 6 adults and 1 6 year old. Very well kept home. Plenty of "extras" ie outdoor Large screen TV, 2nd floor family room with large screen TV. Elevator for us elderly folks. Access to pool via elevator and garage . Beach towels provided. Very comfortable bedrooms.

Amazing Vacation Home

Our family had such an enjoyable week vacationing at this home! We did not want to leave! The house with the beach access and private pool along with all the other amenities was such a treat! Beachside Getaway was super prompt and extremely accommodating, so pleasant to work with, on any requests. Shout out to Akeem for helping with TV until Spectrum could arrive. I would gladly use Beachside and 61 Dune again! Great Vacation!
