Book our large 9-bedroom family beach home. Central heat, and a fireplace in the winter/ central air, ceiling fans in every room, and the ocean breeze in the summer! Free wifi, cable TV, free washer/dryer, and free use of bikes, games, beach chairs, beach towels, and boogie boards. Rented by the day in Fall, Winter, and Spring. Rented by the full week in the summer. Multiple week rentals accepted anytime.

Located just 240 feet (5 houses) from the beautiful, semi-private Lavallette beach our home sleeps 14 people comfortably in 9 bedrooms: 4 bedrooms with full or queen beds & 5 bedrooms with 2 single beds/each. Main house has 8 bedrooms & 1.5 baths. The detached studio-type room has 2 single beds, a T.V., a sitting area, and a full bath. Feel the relaxation of a hot/cold private outdoor shower in the warmer weather. Enjoy the large front sun porch, living room, dining room, newly renovated kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, free washer/dryer, two-zone central air/heat, ceiling fans throughout, covered backyard patio, gas grill, and yard. The whole house and property is yours to use and enjoy.

Three TV’s with cable and Wi-fi included. Off-street parking for 4 cars. Beach chairs, umbrella, and bicycles included. Capture the ocean breeze and the beautiful sunsets at this family-friendly beach. Want to bring pets? You can with owner approval and a small fee. Pets can enjoy the fenced backyard.

No prom/graduation groups. No smoking. In summer, Saturday check-in at 3:00 pm and check out by 10:00 am.
