Grand T3 in the heart of the city and close to the Museum Soulages

My home is in the heart of the city is close to the Notre Dame Cathedral of Rodez (50 m), the historic center of Rodez (bishopric, home of Armagnac, pedestrian streets with shops ...), the Museum Soulages (with park 2 steps of a multiplex cinema), the Fenailles Museum, the Museum of Fine Art Denys Puech, the Aquatic Center Aquavallon finally the tourist office is at 20 m.
Enjoy my accommodation for its large comfortable and fully equipped space, you will not miss anything!

Housing

- Spacious apartment of 70m² and has 2 bedrooms with 2 real beds.
- Large living / dining room with a large leather sofa and a flat screen TV quality.
- Wifi and dedicated all the major chains + Free bouquet.
- Fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine and kettle for tea (pods and tea bags are provided).
- Bathroom with spacious shower, shampoo and shower gel are available.
- The bed linens and bath towels are clean and changed before arrival. Cleaning is done by a professional before your arrival and after your departure.

3rd floor is a quiet housing completely dedicated to travelers.

the neighborhood

Accommodation is in the center (Place de la Cité), this is a very nice typical neighborhood all week. During the day you can enjoy the pedestrian shopping area at the foot of the building and in the evening you can taste the dishes Ruthénois thanks to its excellent restaurants.
If you come on Saturday, instead of the City hosts a market which is worth a look again at the foot of the building.
All tourist places (museums, Cathedral, ...) of the city are within walking distance of housing, please go to the tourist office which is up to the City!

transport network

The city bus stops in front of the cathedral (or 50 meters of housing) and allows you to go anywhere (train, car parks, hospitals ...).
Note that the housing is located in the center of Rodez, it has the advantage of being close to everything, but as with all town centers, places are paid, parking is a few meters of housing. Free parking is available 15 minutes walk (if you are interested (e) thank you to let me know I will send you the access plans).

other remarks

The accommodation has a safe with a key, so if I am not available, I'll send you the code by SMS and the procedure of use (very simple). You will be free to arrive whenever you want without worrying about the time.
