It was a charming home! Very clean and comfortable and close to downtown Hot Springs. I slept great in the master bedroom, a very comfortable bed. The only negative is the toaster didn’t work. Just for the host to know. It was not a big deal. Loved it and would definitely return for another visit. Thank you so much!

The property is very cute with a huge deck and backyard for gathering or just enjoying your morning coffee. The Fresh flowers give off a special feeling of romance and a homey touch. Plenty of parking, house is spacious, centrally located to downtown, the casino, and Katherine lake which is beautiful. I would highly recommend this property.

We loved our stay!

My kids enjoyed the toys that were in the kids room and the stacks of movies provided!It was a lovely home and we were only 10 minutes from Magic Springs, mini golf, and the local walmart. The neighborhood was quiet and the backyard was big enough for the kids to play. It had 2 places to sit outside and enjoy my morning coffee.

Nice quiet area and plenty of space.

We were in town for volleyball tournament and rented house with another family on team. The 3 girls shared the room with bunk beds. We had plenty of room for everyone to hang out. House has nice deck and decent size yard, but rained the whole time so we didn’t get to take advantage of the outdoor space. Plenty of kitchen items for making meals at the house and the neighborhood was nice.

Perfect Location

We attend the horse races every year and we are always looking for the just right property, in walking distance, from the races.This home was very quaint, comfortable and clean. It was perfect distance from the race track. We walked to and from both days we were there. This home is definitely going on our list for stays in Hot Springs! It was a perfect fit for our group. place.

Very Nice

The property very clean and well maintained. The hosts were very easy to work with. This is a perfect location for Oaklawn and really close to downtown. I would definitely stay there again.

Relaxing

The property was very well maintained. Location was nice, centrally located and quiet. Property manager was very accessible and responded quickly to our questions. House contained everything we needed to relax and enjoy our vacation.

Family weekend to the races

We had such a great weekend at the races. This sweet house was perfect. The location was ideal and we just walked to the races. Super clean and comfortable and it had everything we needed. Very safe and charming neighborhood as well.

The Walkers

We were in town for our annual church convention. This was the second time staying at this property. I enjoyed my stay as usual. Was enough room for everyone. Thank you for such a wonderful week. Would most definitely stay here again.

Perfect place for little family reunion

This cute home had such a convenient set-up with sleeping arrangements and bathrooms. We really enjoyed going out on the deck at night and seeing fireflies! Although we did not use it, having a washer and dryer there was impressive. Warren is a very responsive host, and we’d definitely stay again!

Big Yard with Nice Deck

Close to all downtown fun and easy access to bike path. Quiet street and clean home with basic necessities that are nice in all homes. 4th of July decorations and fresh flowers were a nice touch and much appreciated. I would come back again to stay.

Good location. 1-3miles distance to stores. Nice deck on outside. Only issue has was yellow jacket nest off of deck on underside.
