The property is actually bigger than advertised. It has 3 bedrooms and 3 full and one half baths. There is lots of space. We had a couple of issues but they were promptly addressed. The morning that we were leaving my husband also made the property manager aware of a few small issues but I am sure they will be dealt with. 2 things that would have made the stay a little better would be to add the pool code to the email with door code and wifi password and have housekeeping put a trash bag in the kitchen trash can. Overall we had a wonderful time. The location is excellent! We would love to return to this property!
Our first time on Hilton Head
This unit offers a lot of space and privacy for the price. We found it to be clean, well functioning, and convenient. The AC was comfortable for the bottom floor. The AC seemed to struggle on the 2nd and even more on the 3rd floors. We were pleased with the bathrooms and hot water. I’d suggest having the drain checked in the front 2nd floor bedroom.
Overall my family and I were very happy to stay at this location.
Great Family Time
The place, the location, the community ... loved it all! What a great place at a great price, in the heart of Sea Pines. Looking forward to future times there again.
To dark on the front door entrance. Could not see keepad to enter code unless you leave light on
1- Could not see keypad at night unless you leave lights on
2- second floor, floor makes lots of noise when you walk. Everyone wakes up due the noise.
3- tub not drains very very slow.
Tv’s are very old and very small.
Bathroom fans, extremely noise, they will wAke you up.
Anyway, don’t like to complain butt like to give feedback.
