This charming 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa is located in the heart of Harbour Town and is now under management by the 5 STAR Property Management firm Sea Pines Vacation Homes by the JKS Abbott Group! From this villa you are just minutes by foot to all of the great restaurants and shops in Harbour Town, and even closer to the Harbour Town Club House at the Harbour Town Golf Links - home of the Heritage Golf Classic. No need to fuss with parking when you can walk to any of these amenities and be there in 5 minutes! Enjoy those morning views of the lagoon as your enjoying your morning coffee, or tea, which add to those quiet vacation memories! Don't miss your opportunity to stay in a well loved and maintained villa that caters to couples getaways, guys and gals golfing/tennis getaways, as well as good old family vacations.

Do you offer Traveler's Insurance? Yes, an option to purchase Traveler's Insurance will be presented to Guest at time of check-out. If the option does not auto-generate at the time of check-out, and you're interested in purchasing, please let us know and we'll be happy to send you the Traveler's Insurance information.

What arrangements are made to pick up a key? Our home is equipped with an electronic 'keyless' entry system that is programmed with a code of your choice. This makes it very convenient for our guests as they do not have to worry about getting locked out, or losing a key.

What if there is an issue while we are staying at your house? This Villa is professionally managed by an on-island company. All issues are quickly addressed with minimal disruption to your vacation. So, you never need to worry about trying to contact the owner to report a problem and work with an absentee owner to help them address the issue.

Where can we rent bikes and how much does it cost? If you plan on biking extensively during your stay we recommend Hilton Head Bicycle Company for all your bike rental needs - 843.686.6888. And the home is conveniently located right on one of the many bike/leisure paths that take you all over the plantation.

Are beach chairs provided? Yes, four beach chairs have been made available for our Guest's use.

Had a great stay! Enjoyed the location. The pool was close, shopping, egret pond were a short bike ride. Communication was great! Will definitely consider this place again in the future.

Great Getaway

We had a wonderful time in Sea Pines. The villa is conveniently located to Harbor Town and an easy bike to the Plantation Beach Club. The home was clean, cozy and well appointed. The beach gear was a bonus! Thanks for the great getaway!

Enjoyed a long weekend at Hilton Head!

We had a wonderful stay at Lighthouse Landing. The accommodations were great. The place was lovely; everything we needed was there and it was in a great location. The management company was also very responsive to anything we needed or any questions we had. We loved Hilton Head and would love to stay there at your condo again. Next time for a longer period of time! thanks for sharing it!

Location is Everything

We had a wonderful stay at Lighthouse Landing. It was perfect for our family of four. Easy walk to Harbour Town where we enjoyed shopping, dining, and climbing the lighthouse. It was quick access to the Sea Pines Beach Club, which we loved! The villa was very clean upon arrival, the kitchen was well stocked and all of the bedding was updated and comfortable. Easy access to the pool and pickleball courts within the villa complex. We loved everything Sea Pines has to offer, including the golf and access to the Harbour Town Clubhouse. John (Property Manager) was proactive in his communication and responsive to any questions we had. We will definitely rent again at Lighthouse Landing. Highly recommended for small families, girls weekend or golf trips.

Nestled just a short walk from the heart of Harbour Town, everything you could want is right at your fingertips. The Sea Pines trolley stops just outside the villa, offering effortless access to all the best spots throughout the resort.After a full day of adventure—whether it was soaking up the sun or hitting the golf course—we loved coming back to this peaceful retreat. The villa’s outdoor space was a highlight, featuring brand-new patio furniture and cozy Adirondack chairs, perfect for evening drinks or morning coffee.Whether you're here to relax or explore, Lighthouse Landing offers the ideal Sea Pines escape. Second floor condo with a balcony overlooking a pond. The condo was clean and very well equipped with kitchen equipment and utensils. Master bedroom mattress was comfortable and bathroom was well maintained. The owners also provided beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels and an assortment of other beach toys. The rental agent, John was very responsive during check in and out. I have to say this was one of the best rental units we ever rented.
