This charming 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa is located in the heart of Harbour Town and is now under management by the 5 STAR Property Management firm Sea Pines Vacation Homes by the JKS Abbott Group! From this villa you are just minutes by foot to all of the great restaurants and shops in Harbour Town, and even closer to the Harbour Town Club House at the Harbour Town Golf Links - home of the Heritage Golf Classic. No need to fuss with parking when you can walk to any of these amenities and be there in 5 minutes! Enjoy those morning views of the lagoon as your enjoying your morning coffee, or tea, which add to those quiet vacation memories! Don't miss your opportunity to stay in a well loved and maintained villa that caters to couples getaways, guys and gals golfing/tennis getaways, as well as good old family vacations.

Do you offer Traveler's Insurance? Yes, an option to purchase Traveler's Insurance will be presented to Guest at time of check-out. If the option does not auto-generate at the time of check-out, and you're interested in purchasing, please let us know and we'll be happy to send you the Traveler's Insurance information.
What arrangements are made to pick up a key? Our home is equipped with an electronic 'keyless' entry system that is programmed with a code of your choice. This makes it very convenient for our guests as they do not have to worry about getting locked out, or losing a key.
What if there is an issue while we are staying at your house? This Villa is professionally managed by an on-island company. All issues are quickly addressed with minimal disruption to your vacation. So, you never need to worry about trying to contact the owner to report a problem and work with an absentee owner to help them address the issue.
Where can we rent bikes and how much does it cost? If you plan on biking extensively during your stay we recommend Hilton Head Bicycle Company for all your bike rental needs - 843.686.6888. And the home is conveniently located right on one of the many bike/leisure paths that take you all over the plantation.
Are beach chairs provided? Yes, four beach chairs have been made available for our Guest's use.

Like many folks who have visited the lowcountry and Sea Pines, we just fell in love with this area and the vibe it projects. Relaxed tranquility with the opportunity to enjoy 5 STAR golf, dining, tennis and pickleball facilities within Sea Pines.

The location of this villa is the best. It provides easy walking access to everything Harbour Town has to offer, as well as the Sea Pines Center. You can leave your car parked at the villa and take the Sea Pines Trolley to the Sea Pines Beach Club for a day at the beach, or great dining at Coast, or trolley on down to South Beach for great pickleball and/or drinks and dining at the Salty Dog!
