For rent for the WEEKEND, a few days or WEEK, new comfortable house 500 meters from the sea by the forest (GR in front of the house) and bike path. Possibility out of season thanks to a pellet stove. Non smoking house.
Single storey house of 50 mÂČ + large terrace with barbecue, garden furniture, sunbathing on enclosed grounds of 650mÂČ, quiet, not overlooked.
Fitted American kitchen: induction hob, fridge and freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, senseo coffee maker ... in the room with TV, Internet connection, sofa, armchairs, stove.
2 bedrooms (1 bed 140x200 in each bedroom + 1 bed 90x190 in the second bedroom) with duvets 220x240 and 140x200; for baby, a cot and high chair available; bathroom with shower and washing machine, double sink; Separate WC. Linen not provided.
In July and August, the tourist tax is extra. Animals are accepted on condition that they collect all excrement on the ground and respect the furniture.

Dit huis beviel ons zeer goed. Het was schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. De locatie op loopafstand van de zee en het dorp, met bakker en groenteman is ideaal. Wanneer je op zoek bent naar rust en natuur is dit perfect.

Idéal pour activité randonnées à vélo

Cette location se trouve à une traversée de route pour accéder à la velo Odyssée. TrÚs joli parcours en empruntant la piste vers la Tranche-sur-Mer. Faire également le parcours contournant st Jard par les marais, c'est magnifique. Choisissez bien vos endroits de baignade, presence de gros cailloux dans l'eau et beaucoup de plages non surveillées.

PropretĂ© impeccable. Il ne manque absolument rien dans cette maison avec un Ă©quipement moderne et une disposition des piĂšces parfaite. La dĂ©coration est soignĂ©e. Le jardin (et son magnifique cerisier) est superbe. Face Ă  la forĂȘt avec un accĂšs direct Ă  l'ocĂ©an, l'endroit est trĂšs calme.

Petite maison trÚs agréable, confortable, bien aménagée et décorée avec goût. Située prÚs de la voie verte, elle permet de partir à vélo, non seulement pour aller faire ses course( 1,5 km), à la plage, mais aussi découvrir la région: Les Sables d'Olonne, Talmont-St-Hilaire, la pointe de l'Aiguillon .... Tout proche, nous avons découvert le marais à poissons, véritable plongée dans la nature, le marais et ses mystÚres.

SĂ©jour tout confort pas loin de la mer

Petite maison bien agencée, confortable avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour, il ne manque rien ! La cuisine est bien aménagée. Le salon, les chambres et la salle de bain sont bien aménagées. La terrasse est vraiment top et le jardin assez spacieux pour ne pas se sentir à l'étroit. Je recommande fortement cette location idéalement située (les plages aux alentours sont mignonnes et facilement accessibles à pieds et en vélos).

TrÚs bon séjour en famille

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. TrÚs bon accueil de Mr et Mme Guihaire. La maison est trÚs bien équipée, il ne manque rien. TrÚs pratique avec un enfant en bas age car nous disposions d'un lit parapluie, d'une chaise haute, 1 baignoire. Maison trÚs propre. Idéalement située, proche de la plage et de Jard sur mer. Le soleil était au rendez vous !!! TrÚs grand terrain sans vis à vis et trÚs calme. Nous recommandons vivement et n'hésiterons pas à revenir.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine en famille dans cette maison bien agencée, lumineuse, dotée d'un beau jardin. Le gßte est bien situé (proche commerces et activités). La plage est rapidement accessible par un chemin forestier (environ 10 minutes de marche). Les propriétaires sont quant à eux chaleureux et de bons conseils. Gßte à recommandé.

La maison est neuve, trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e (notamment la cuisine), le jardin est sans vis-Ă -vis et la mer n'est pas loin par un sentier qui traverse la forĂȘt. Le lieu est calme et rĂ©sidentiel, le bourg Ă  cĂŽtĂ© est commerçant. Les propriĂ©taires sont accueillants.
