About this property

Charming country house near Brantome in the Dordogne

This old farmhouse has been tastefully renovated with respect for the local habitat. The house is located in a private park of almost 1 hectare on the edge of the forest. All the rooms have a fireplace, the walls are exposed stone, you will be transported by a chic country atmosphere.
You will have a large bedroom with drapery and woodwork with a capacity for 3, 1 person boat bed and 2 bed placed.
Another boat bed in the library and a sofa bed in the living room.
The ideally placed house allows you to rest in peace while being close to the main tourist sites and activities of Perigord. You will have the opportunity to visit villages, castles, natural sites, practice river descents, climbing etc.
You will have a large library where to draw books for adults and children, note that there is no TV or Internet but a large park to browse a good book or just hang out.

séjour très reposant dans un très beau cadre

un gîte très bien équipé et une décoration soignée qui invite à se détendre. le grand parc boisé permet de se sentir isolé proximité immédiate d'une petite route qui se termine en impasse et qui n'est utilisée que par les quelques riverains possibilité de partir en ballade à travers les champs et la forêt par les chemins communaux directement depuis le gîte à proximité de plusieurs lieux touristiques intéressants (Brantome, chemin des Meules, grotte de Villars.....) en conclusion : un cadre très reposant, parfait pour faire un break en laissant de côté la télé, internet et les emails !

Belle maison de campagne

Maison très agréable au milieu des arbres, beaux meubles et belle bibliothèque, idéalement située à côté de Brantôme. C'est une maison de campagne donc les petites bêtes sont de la partie ;). L'endroit est paisible même si la petite route (très peu passante) pourrait gêner certains par sa proximité. On recommande pour un séjour "nature" en pleine déconnexion...
