Arnold's Luxury Lake Front Condominium et Marina

Notre condo de luxe Beacon Landing de 3 chambres et 2 1/2 salles de bain se trouve sur les rives du lac Granby et comprend trois niveaux avec deux ponts supérieurs et une terrasse au rez-de-chaussée, tous avec une vue spectaculaire sur le lac Granby et les montagnes environnantes. Décoré pour s'adapter à la montagne et au lac. Le niveau supérieur est la chambre principale avec salle de bain complète et baignoire à jets chauffée. Le deuxième niveau est la cuisine, la salle à manger, le salon (barbecue à gaz sur le pont) avec la salle de bain et la laveuse / sécheuse 1/2. Le niveau d'entrée principal comprend les deux chambres avec salle de bains commune. (une avec lit queen et une avec lit double et lits superposés au-dessus). Nous sommes situés à 90 minutes de Denver, à 15 minutes de la ville de Granby et à seulement 10 minutes de la ville historique de Grand Lake. Les activités d'été et d'hiver sont nombreuses. Nos équipements de condo: Deux cheminées, téléphone, TV, DVD, cuisine complète (ustensiles de cuisine inclus). Le linge est fourni. Attaché à notre complexe de 8 unités est Beacon Landing Marina et une boutique d'appâts. 5 lacs dans cette zone. Désolé, PAS D'ANIMAUX admis.

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, spacious, and beautifully renovated. Everything went smoothly with check-in and check-out. The only small challenge was that on warmer days, cooling the home required opening windows and doors. That said, it did not take away from our experience, and we would absolutely recommend this home to others.

I was really dying for a waterfront stay somewhere, and I could not be happier that I found this lovely townhome! It was beautiful, comfortable, quiet, peaceful, and I could walk my kayak right over to the water. Perfect!

We loved our stay at this condo. The views of the lake from every floor and every deck are beautiful. The kitchen and bathrooms were well appointed. The master (king) is on the third floor and the other two bedrooms (queen and trundle bed) are on the lower floor, so we felt like we had great privacy. Definitely recommend a stay here!

We had an amazing time staying in this beautiful home! It is perfectly equipped with everything we needed and so comfortable for our whole family to relax and enjoy each others company! Having the beach right out the back door, and pool too, was perfect. Location to Caligney was amazing as well. We will be booking this home again in the future!!

We loved Arnold's Condo! Lovely home with everything we needed, right down to roasting sticks and firewood for s'mores. Just a note to be aware of, you can't walk down to the lake from the condo, it is private property of the marina. We really enjoyed the deck views though!

Big points for cute decor , cleanliness and having everything we could need. The lake views were not as I had hoped but the grounds and landscaping of the property was lovely. We had hoped to rent a boat and see the lake but that was a flop given the super low lake levels and the boat rental office was never open when we were there. Wish we could’ve re-located this unit to Lake Grand instrad

This rental exceeded our expectations in every way. Nestled in a peaceful location, it offers stunning views of the lake and surrounding mountains. It's conveniently close to Rocky Mountain National Park and the hot springs, making it an ideal home base for exploring the area. The property was impeccably clean; one of the cleanest we’ve ever stayed in. While we did experience a brief issue with the internet, the hosts responded promptly and resolved it quickly. Highly recommend!

Liked the location, near the marina and pretty views of the lake. Cozy and peaceful. Only negative was the mattress in the guest bedroom( trundle bed) was not very comfortable.

From the moment we walked through the door, we knew we had found something special. This condo isn't just a place to stay; it's a meticulously cared-for condo that offers an unbeatable lakeside experience.The Location is Simply Perfect. Going to bed to the gentle sound of waves and enjoying the panoramic views of the water from two huge balconies was a daily highlight.Spacious and Cared For. The condo is spacious, which was perfect for our family to relax in without feeling crowded. It's clear the owners take immense pride in this property.We couldn't have asked for a better stay. We are already planning our next trip back!

Amazing Stay

You can't go wrong staying at this condo. The views were amazing from all the rooms. Easy access to the water. They had everything you would need for cooking or grilling. There is a firepit and horseshoes. We have a boat and were able to rent a slip right by the condo. Made it so easy to go boating every day. We would definitely go back. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home.

Cool and Quiet

The bed situation was a bit different from expectations. The bedroom with a single bed and trundle needs at least one nightstand. The lighting is very dim. There was no kleenex in the entire condo. We took advantage of the opportunity to take a short boat trip on Lake Granby. The views of the lake and the mountains were magnificent.

Good location, no more steps please

Totally my fault but there are too many steps in this place. I should have checked this closer. My wife has a bad knee. We loved the location and it was very quiet. One thing I would ask is clean the spider webs inside and out. We had a great weekend and if it were not for the step workout we would stay again.

Great location for boating.

Bar stools in kitchen are stained badly. Almost all lights and corner of walls need dusted badly!!! Lots of dead bugs in window sills. Master bathroom could use fixing the toilet…seat is loose and the flusher handle is coming out. Overalll great place and enjoyed our stay but would suggest better cleaning.

Thank you for letting us know about these concerns. I will follow up with the cleaning company regarding the dirtiness. We are getting new carpet in October/November. We have sent a guy out to fix the toilet and handle. Bar stool good to know and will get thise redone. Thanks again for bring this to our attention.
