About this property

Madé II Cottage *** south Ardèche aupredelamade

La Madé II is a new, independent, air-conditioned house with swimming pool in the heart of southern Ardèche. It is ranked 3 stars since February 2017.
This comfortable cottage of about 75m2 offers a large living room consisting of a fully equipped kitchen and a bright living room overlooking a covered terrace facing south.
The house has two large bedrooms of about 13 m2 each:
- the first is equipped with a 160x200 cm bed and
- the second of two 90X190 beds, one of which allows a third bed (drawer bed with mattress 90 x 190 cm).
Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and independent air conditioning.

The living room (air-conditioned) consists of a sitting area and a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, induction hob, extractor, dishwasher, dishes) and a table and six chairs.

The bathroom has a walk-in shower, a sink, a washing machine and a hairdryer.
The toilets are separated.

Outside: private garden with barbecue. Table and chairs of garden on covered terrace.

The * owner's pool * (unheated, open from late May to September) of 13 x 5m equipped with a spa area (bubble baths) is fully secured. It is * shared * with holidaymakers from a second gîte of the same size (la Madé I).

Close to shops (mini market, early, bakery, butcher, bar-tobacco, florist, hair salons).

Summer rental (7 nights minimum) from Saturday 15:00 to the following Saturday 10:00.
The rest of the year (3 nights minimum) flexible arrival day.

Sheets and towels are not provided.

Cot on request.

Le logement est nickel à tout point de vue et les équipements sont plus que parfait puisque tout y est : filtre à café, produits pour LV et MàL, shampoing, ... Ne pas oublier ses couettes de lit et taies. Belle piscine de 13 m de long. Propriétaires extrêmement charmants répondant à toute demande (raisonnable évidemment)

Heel compleet, mooi vakantiehuis en zeer gastvrije eigenaren

We voelden ons heel welkom bij Virginie en Paul. Zij waren er echt op gericht om hun gasten naar de zin te maken, geen moeite was teveel. En de vakantiewoning was top! Heel compleet, goede bedden en schoon. Aan alles is gedacht. We kenden dit deel van de Ardeche nog niet zo goed, maar waren aangenaam verrast. Lavilledieu is een goede uitvalsbasis om de regio te verkennen.

Geweldige locatie

Dit vakantiehuis staat op een geweldige locatie omringd door veel groen en bloemen. Je hebt veel privacy. Het zwembad heeft een goed formaat, is goed onderhouden en was heerlijk qua temperatuur. In de vakantiewoning is aan alles gedacht. De inrichting was zeer compleet. De eigenaren zijn zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Zij hebben ons goed geholpen toen wij pech hadden met onze auto. Wij komen hier graag nog een keer terug. Wij hebben een super verblijf gehad bij Paul en Virginie.

Liebe Virginie und Paul, Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt bei euch im Haus. Wir haben die 8 Tage sehr genossen. Euer Haus ist sehr schön, komfortabel und sehr sauber. Auch die Betten sind fantastisch. Ich habe wie bei mir Zuhause geschlafen. Das Haus liegt sehr zentral gelegen. Das bedeutete, dass die besten Hotsports in der Ardèche immer auf dem kürzesten Weg zu erreichen sind. Alles in allem eine fantastische Location. Ihr seid ganz liebe und aufmerksame Gastgeber. Viele Dank noch mal. Andreas & Susanne Chères Virginie et Paul, Merci pour ce beau séjour dans votre maison. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ces 8 jours. Super Haus, super Gastgeber!!!

Wir waren leider nur 1 Woche hier, aber es war eine sehr schöne Woche. Die Lage des Hauses ist ideal für alle möglichen Unternehmungen. Die Gastgeber, waren sehr zuvorkommend und super nett! Wir würden auf jedenfall wiederkommen.

Schöner und entspannter Urlaub

Ein sehr schönes und geschmackvolles Haus! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Virginie und Paul sind sehr herzliche und aufmerksame Gastgeber. Als am letzten Nachmittag das Internet ausfiel, wurde umgehend noch schnell für die wenigen Stunden für Ersatz gesorgt. Boule Spiel vergessen? Kein Problem. Paul bringt Kugeln vorbei. Das Gelände ist in Terrassen angelegt. .Oben ist das Haus der Vermieter. Darunter liegt der große Pool, mit Blick über die Landschaft. Darunter kommen die Ferienhäuser. Da wir die einzigen Gäste waren, zogen wir im Pool alleine unsere Bahnen. Beide Häuser sind auch perfekt für zwei befreundete Familien geeignet. Ein drittes Haus ist neu dazugekommen und hat einen Privatpool. Ebenfalls sehr schön eingerichtet. Am Rande des Ortes findet man alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs. Ein großer Supermarkt ist mit dem Auto ca. zehn Minuten entfernt. Alle Fragen beantworten Virginie und Paul sehr gerne. Virginie spricht auch perfekt Englisch, wäre auch für alle Urlauber etwas, die kein Französisch können. Und für deutsche Urlauber wurden noch extra Eierbecher für die ohnehin gut ausgestattete Küche gekauft. Wir sagen Danke für einen schönen Urlaub und können das Haus unbedingt weiter empfehlen.

Komfortables Haus in guter Lage

Wir haben uns in einem sehr gut ausgestatteten Haus mit freundlichen und sympathischen Gastgebern rundum wohlgefühlt. Das Haus liegt trotz einer Schule in der Nähe ruhig mit einem Garten, der zum Grillen und Chillen einlädt. Lavilledieu ist recht zentral gelegen, viele schöne Ausflugsziele und Wanderrouten sind gut mit dem Auto erreichbar. Wir empfehlen das Haus zu 100% weiter! Es ist mit 2 Schlafzimmern auch für Familien gut geeignet.

Top vakantie!

Samen met onze twee kinderen van 14 en 11 zijn we hier in de meivakantie geweest. Super locatie in een karakteristiek Frans dorpje. In de nabije omgeving van alles te doen voor de kinderen zoals kanoën, raften, klimmen, zwemmen. Ook wandelaars kunnen hier genieten van mooie routes door dorpjes en langs kastelen. Huisje zelf super! Alles zat erin wat nodig is. Daarnaast rustige omgeving. Virginie en Paul erg prettige mensen, niks te veel gevraagd. Echt een aanrader!

Excellentes vacances

Hôtes au top, agréables ,accueillants et discrets. Le gîte très propre literie très confortable...deco soignée, tout y est rien à dire....le plus c que vous avez le kit pour la vaisselle éponge, torchon,liquide vaisselle....du sel du poivre vinaigre huile et bien sur des herbes de Provence pour le barbecue...kit pour les WC, du shampoing et du gel douche...et encore tablettes pour le lave vaisselle et la machine à laver...quand on arrive et que l on a pas fait les courses c un gros plus... Le gîte est classé 3 étoiles il peut largement en avoir 4...tout est prévu petit chemin indépendant pour aller à la piscine, pas de vis a vis belle terrasse et barbecue au top.Un grand bravo a nos hôtes Paul et Virginie et merci. ..

Nous avons passé un super séjour!!Virginie et Paul nous ont très bien reçus.Il sont tous les deux très sympathiques et disponible si l’on a la moindre question.La maison est très agréable et très bien située pour toutes sortes d’activités.Elle a tout le confort nécessaire et est disposée de telle sorte que nous avons totalement notre intimité.La piscine est très bien également !!Nous retournerons avec plaisir chez Virginie et Paul

Heerlijke woning, super eigenaars!

Ons verblijf bij Paul en Virginie was heerlijk! De woning is zeer doordacht gebouwd en ingericht. Alles wat je nodig kan hebben is aanwezig, 'comme à la maison'. Ook de uitstekende airco en het mooie zwembad zijn een verademing bij de zuiderse temperaturen. Er wordt heel veel aandacht besteed aan hygiëne in deze tijden van covid. Lavilledieu is een perfecte uitvalsbasis om de Ardèche te ontdekken. Deze accommodatie is zeer aan te bevelen! Piet DV

Location conforme à la description (propreté, équipement...). La piscine est spacieuse et très agréable. Nous avons passés d'agréables vacances dans cette location qui se trouve à proximité des principaux sites à visiter. Nous avons passé deux excellentes semaines dans cette location tout confort. L'accueil est sympathique et attentif au confort des locataires. Le logement possède une très bonne climatisation dans les 3 pièces (appréciable par temps chaud!), une cuisine bien équipée ainsi qu'une salle de bain spacieuse. Le barbecue est aussi un plus. Quant à la piscine, elle est grande et donne sur une belle vue du village. Bref, une destination à conseiller sans modération dans une région riche en découvertes!

Moderne, tiptop in orde woning in een prachtige omgeving!

We waren zeer aangenaam verrast door de netheid van de woning en hoe aan alles was gedacht (extra vuilzakjes, verzorgingskussen voor ons zoontje, bak voor het leeggoed,...) om ons verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Het zwembad moet je delen met 1 andere vakantiewoning en de eigenaars maar dat stoorde ons absoluut niet. Mooi en goed onderhouden zwembad, je hebt volledige privacy door de plaatsing van de 2 vakantiehuisjes, goedwerkende airco, zeer vriendelijke eigenaars en bovendien spreekt mevrouw perfect Engels, locatie is een pittoresk en charmant dorpje op loopafstand van een heerlijke bakkerij,... kortom, wij waren enorm tevreden en keren zeker terug!
