Bungalow @ Seven Timbers-Family retreat in beautiful setting with lake access

This is the perfect place for a family or two with kids. Two queen bedrooms and a bunk room for up to 4 kids (bring your sleeping bags or sheets can be provided, but bunk beds won't be made up). If you are looking for an enjoyable getaway in a beautiful setting, this is the property for you. It is located on a unique property with 10 RV spots (all rental for the whole season), multiple cabins and a 16-slip boat dock all located on 26 private wooded acres surrounded by Forest Service. Only guests registered on your reservation are allowed on the property so please make sure you account for your entire group when booking. If you have people that are not staying on the property that you would like to have visit, please get prior approval. Other cabins on the property are 1323061, 1346734, 1346673, 1417055, 1453641, 1976112 and 2641906. Comfortable home with 3 bedrooms (sleeps 8), and 1 bathroom. There are two small decks to enjoy the picturesque views or simply relax. The lake is within walking distance and a boat slip may be available for an additional charge (please contact the owner for availability). The home has a variety of games and activities. There are horseshoe pits, a sandbox, basketball and a volleyball net located on the premises that you can use. There are endless recreation opportunities in the area including hiking, biking, boating, swimming, kayaking, watersports, and golf among others.

Family reunion fun!

Excellent family time location!! The views, lake access, boat dock, cabins, outdoor area, fire pits were so awesome!! We all would definitely rent this again. Owners were so nice and accommodating!! Couldn’t ask for a better place to enjoy our family time!!!

Great property with lake access

Pat was very accommodating and extremely helpful during our stay. The property is right on the lake and keeping the boat at the dock was a huge bonus. It was very quiet and secure. We will be back!

We had a great time! Pat and Becky are helpful. The bunk beds were a little tricky for our college kids. The property is a great location and we enjoy our time there.

Amazing experience

We had a wonderful stay at seven timbers. The area is absolutely beautiful and access to the water was what we were looking for, and found! The campground was quiet and well kept, and the owners were very kind. The cabin was simple, but had all the necessities and many little extra things that were thoughtfully added, and made the stay more pleasant. A wonderful place for the family to enjoy the mountains and all that our beautiful state has to offer. We would stay there again!

A fine experience

The property was simple and well equipped for our needs. The environment of the property was a real positive for our group: quiet, easy water access, close to Seeley Lake and environs. Outside amenities including chairs, picnic table, fire ring all made our visit very pleasant.

Beautiful rustic lakeside property

Many accommodations to choose from on this large property on Seeley Lake. We stayed in the Bungalow. Everything we needed was available in this place. We enjoyed the fire pit and BBQ. We stayed Monday to Friday and often had the dock area to ourselves. Met the owners and I’m sure any additional needs would have been met with a phone call. We will definitely be back!

Fun Stay

The property is beautiful. The house was very clean. The owners are very kind, great people. We had a lot to carry, so that's a little hard with the trek to the water/cabins but they were accommodating to help us. I wish they allowed pets. We have a small dog who was dearly missed so we won't likely stay again, only for this reason.

Positive expectations

The floors in the bungalow or fairly uneven, but the two master bedrooms were put together nice. The two bunk beds in the third room could use better mattresses. All of the amenities were provided which was nice! The owner was very approachable and respectful.

Floors are uneven, but the fun families have staying here is unparalleled. This is one of the closest cabins to the lake and great for families with young kids.

Amazing Lake Getaway

This simple cabin had all the basics for a week of relaxation and family fun. We enjoyed the canoes, swimming off the dock, the campfire area and the incredible, outdoor setting. We saw deer each morning, caught fish from the dock, hiked and explored at places nearby, and enjoyed rental paddle boards from the little town of Seeley Lake. Even though the WiFi was adequate, we found it easy to unplug. Becky and Pat were exceptional hosts and were super helpful. I’m thinking we will be back!

Great location, kid-friendly, quiet

Property owners were very responsive to communications from the onset of our reservation a year ago. The grounds were beautiful. We were disappointed, however, that our son-in-law could not stay with us because of his dog. We were informed and understood that dogs were not allowed on the property and yet each morning we saw other people walking their dogs within the compound. As far as cleanliness-the vegetable crispers in the fridge were not clean, as well as the silverware drawer and tray and the cupboards. Because the foam mattresses on the bunk beds were not comfortable for adults, we pulled out the sofa bed. The mattress was dirty as well as the floor underneath. Enough (to accomodate a family of 8) clean dish towels and cloths, and toilet paper would have been appreciated. Other than that, we had a great vacation. Thank you.

Sorry for the confusion. Dogs are not allowed in any of our cabins. The dogs you were seeing were dogs that belong to our RV residents. They are allowed to have their dogs in their own RVs. The bunkbeds are not designed for adults, but work great for kids. The sofa is not advertised as a bed and certainly not meant to be slept on as one. You must not have found the cupboard with all of the towels, there were enough for 8 people. Thank you for the note on the crumbs and fridge. We took care of those right away and would have been happy to do so for your stay had you said something while you were here. We are glad you enjoyed your vacation.
