Located on the Vélodyssée and on the route of the Nantes-Brest canal, it is also comforting to step for cyclists.

Des améliorations à apporter

Belle maison mais au confort un peu sommaire. Salon salle à manger avec un tout petit canapé très dur, sale par endroit et sans coussins. VMC très bruyante dans les 2 salles bain qui devrait être réglée ou mieux, asservie à l'éclairage, un porte savon manque dans 1 salle de bain. Ecoulement de l'eau des douches problématique et portes des douches non nettoyées avec donc les traces du passage des occupants précédents.Literie un peu dure et oreillers totalement plats. De vrais oreillers seraient bienvenus. Plusieurs prises électriques n'ont pas été bien fixées et sont plus ou moins désolidarisées du mur, c'est dangereux ! Réfrigérateur très très bruyant parce que trop ancien. Meubles de cuisine anciens avec tiroirs qui ne ferment pas bien et abîmés. Sinon c'est bien situé pour visiter.

Un endroit calme et bien situé pour randonner autour du lac de guerledan. Nous avons apprécié la terrasse au soleil pour prendre le petit déjeuner ou le repas . bon accueil a notre arrivée par la propriétaire .

En effet ,je suis très satisfaite de ce gîte, bien au calme. Il ne manque vraiment rien pour y vivre et passer un bon moment pour se ressourcer. Possibilité de belles balades.Le lac de Guerlédan est prêt.. Beaux coins de pêche pour les amateurs.Chacun y trouve son compte. De plus, la propriétaire est bien aimable.

Parfait séjour, conforme à l'annonce, sympa l'acceuil.

Nous étions 8 adultes durant ce week-end de navigation avec "la Yole de Bénodet" sur le lac de Guerlédan. L'espace intérieur est largement suffisant et accueillant. La météo capricieuse ne nous a pas permis de bénéficier totalement des possibilités de repas à l'extérieur ni de profiter de la superbe vue du jardin. Les aménagements de ce gîte sont très bien, modernes malgré son aspect rustique. Le sourire à l'arrivée, comme à l'état des lieux, plus les petits cadeaux de bienvenue font de ce gîte tout son charme. Sa bonne situation autorise l'accès aux circuits de randonnées à pied comme en VTT, mais aussi au lac pour toute navigation. Merci pour c'est excellent séjour.

Séjour agréable et reposant

L'accueil fut agréable et la maison aussi. La situation isolée avec une très jolie vue nous a donné l'impression d'être sur notre petite île, et pourtant l'accès aux au randonnées est aisé. L'accès aux commerces est aisé lui aussi malgré la situation de la maison. En somme un bon séjour au milieu d'une belle region, d'autant plus que nous avons pu profiter du spectacle de bon repos.

Jolie rénovation. Maison et jardin agréables. Propriétaire très sympa.

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end. La maison est spacieuse, rénovée avec goût. Le jardin est agréable et à l'abri des regards. La maison est idéalement située pour profiter du lac de Guerlédan et du Canal de Nantes à Brest que l'ont peut rejoindre en quelques minutes à vélo.
