Beautiful well appointed newly renovated 2025 basement suite in a quiet family home in South Surrey/White Rock-on easy route to downtown Vancouver about 30-40 min depending on traffic. White Rock & Crescent beach also 5-10 mins drive. Softball City is 20 min walk. The airport is 25 minutes drive, Ferry terminal to Victoria, BC is 20-mins drive & 10 min drive from the U.S Peace Arch Border. Also, the transit line to downtown Vancouver is 2 min walk.

We welcome holiday makers & business travellers year round.
NOTE: Location is South Surrey NOT "Surrey".

NOTE: Families with children, one (1) child under age 2 stay for free. Mini crib 39" X 27" (99 cm by 68 cm) available in the suite.

Easy as can be

Super-clean and convenient spot in Surrey. 15-20 minutes from anywhere we wanted to go south of Vancouver. Perfect size for a couple + 1 (or maybe 2 couples). Super, quick communication with the owner. Will be on our list if we get back!

Very nice basement suite...

This placevis very nice and so are the owners....the only thing I will say is that if you are staying longer than a few days just a heads up the fridge is very small, there is no oven only a single cooktop and no Laundry unless you stay for more than 14days...

The stay was good and comfortable. Not a place to cook food though. It has a hot plate, kitchen supplies, microwave with no fan and a mini fridge.
