Tim’s accommodations were exactly as noted, it was perfect for us. Very comfortable all around, and it was a short Uber ride to Broadway. My wife and spend three nights, we enjoyed our time here so much. Tim is so nice to work with, he answered all of our questions promptly. Quick Uber ride to downtown, but lots of fun restaurants close too. Bed was so nice and comfortable, which is a big plus!! We would definitely stay here again the next time we’re in town.

This space is PERFECT for couples who are looking for a relaxing get-away to Nashville. It's also great for small groups of friends or families coming in to check out what we have going on here. The house is in a hot neighborhood that has lots of new construction and renovations happening everywhere, but is still SUPER quiet and quaint. And to top it all off, it is a super easy straight shot into downtown and easy access to all the major hotspots from here!
