Come and enjoy it in this studio "Tom Pouce" (15 m²) located in Concise, a residential area, on the ground floor of a house. With all around a large garden, chicken coop and vegetable garden. It's the countryside in the city!
The city center is 3 minutes by car.

The studio is equipped with a small kitchen (microwave oven, fridge / freezer, ceramic hob, coffee machine, toaster, crockery), a sofa bed for two, and a bathroom (washbasin shower and toilet).
In front of the door window, a private terrace facing south which you can enjoy.
A parking space is reserved for you in the property closed by a gate. You can park your bikes in the shelter.

Bed linen and linens provided.
Housing not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Thonon-les-Bains, small spa town of Haute-Savoie of about 30,000 inhabitants, on the shores of Lake Geneva and at the foot of the mountains. In winter, a pied à terre near the resorts.
In summer, the ideal place for swimming, and for nature sports (hiking, mountain biking, rafting, sailing, climbing, ...).
