Studio Aurea Coral Bay - one minute a magical beach with a private access

Our studio Aurea form part of the complex Coral Bay. There is street side, above the 6 reserved parking complex. The apartments like studios and parking are secured by an electric gate.
Coral Bay is a complex of three identical luxury apartments built on one of the most beautiful beaches of Pointe Esny and three minutes walk to Blue Bay Marine Park. Street side, and forming part of the complex, there are three studios including ours, Aurea. It is also the contemportain style, super comfortable and well equipped for a couple or a couple with a child. Everything is at your fingertips in one large room: the corner room with a bed (king size), 2 bedside tables and a closet. A folding table serves as a desk / dining table and four chairs. Everything is there: WIFI, flat-screen HD, DVD, Ipod player, air conditioner with remote control, ceiling fan. Also available a landline for local calls.
A big advantage is the private access to the beach through the side of the residence Aquaria (see Announcement 1,028,393). Just cross the road to get there in a minute. Cleaning daily (except Sundays and public holidays). In short, a great holiday near the beach. At your disposal a beach umbrella and two folding backrest.
For a lot of people it is possible to rent the apartment and the studio then comfortably house eight people.

Excellent and efficient from start to finish. Would heartily recommend this place which is of hotel standard if not better.. very well equipped for either a long or short stay. Lovely bed with quality bedding. Very comfortable. Kind and helpful host. Loved our stay here

Great location and communication

Perfect location for our short stay. Arrived quite late at night and was not able to use the telephone or television since the remote batteries were dead. Regine and Laurenson were very responsive and helpful despite it being a sunday. Apartment was well equipped but the shower drain smelled very bad. We had to keep the bathroom door closed and place a damp towel over the drain at night

Very Comfortable Stay

11 nights (April). I felt really comfortable during my stay. Mainly because this property has everything I needed to make my stay feel like a home away from home. It has a small kitchenette with plenty of cooking facilities, large fridge, coffee machine, couch eating/study table, aircon/fan etc. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is large enough. The TV has Netflix and has Google features. Wifi is good. The property is well presented and organised. A cleaner comes 6 days a week and is very sweet. The beach is less than 100m away (read instructions). Blue By is 5 min walk away and there's cheap eats around plus a few restaurants. Check out naked foods up the road for breakfast and yummy sour dough breads. Shopping mall is 5 mins drive away. The owner responded very fast and was helpful with answering questions. I'd come back again.

Diese Unterkunft war unglaublich. Alles was das Herz begehrt. Ausgestattet wie ein Eigenheim. Dabei sehr sauber und gut gelegen. Und hat es am Public Beach besser gefallen als der Privatstrand (weniger Wind) und Dank Strandstühle /Strandtücher etc. kann man es sich den Tag am Strand komfortabel & gemütlich machen. Die Mitarbeiter sind unglaublich freundlich. Das Begrüßungsessen war eine Überraschung. Es war hervorragend und nach der Reise "Balsam für die Seele". Diese Unterkunft hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder kommen!

Un studio parfait

Un séjour très agréable dans ce studio où il ne manque rien. L’accueil est très sympathique et un repas délicieux attend les vacanciers ce qui est rare. Le lit est super confortable, l’ensemble est propre et bien tenu. Le seul bémol est le bruit des avions mais heureusement ça s’arrête entre 23h00 et 7h00 environ. Si je peux j’y reviendrai avec plaisir car c’est une base excellente pour explorer le sud de l’ile. Merci pour tout.

Coral Bay

Bleu Bay is een prachtige omgeving. Het appartement ligt weliswaar niet direct aan het strand, maar een simpele oversteek van de weg is genoeg om van het privé strand te genieten. Alles is geregeld om het de gasten tot een aangenaam verblijf te maken. Dagelijkse schoonmaak, koken op verzoek, en ook transfer en alvast wat boodschappen konden we regelen. Een aanrader voor de vakantiegangers die echt tot rust willen komen.

Hard to beat for comfort, location and price.

Regine and her staff must be commended for her attention to detail with regard to her studio property which we stayed in for 4 nights. The rooms were spotless and well resourced. The bed was extremely comfortable with smooth sheets and perfect pillows. Regine went out of her way to make our stay a delightful one by offering to buy staple food for us to have as arrival time was in the evening and on a Sunday. One pleasant surprise was the tasty meal she had prepared for us and as for her chocolate cake - Yum! The location, across the road from the beautiful beach is perfect. We enjoyed early evening drinks watching the ocean and spent many hours sunbathing, swimming and snorkelling during the day. All in all, this is a first class stay at a very reasonable cost.

Das Appartement war sehr schön eingerichtet

Obwohl das Appartement nicht direkt am Strand liegt tut das dem Aufenthalt keinen Abbruch. Kurz über die Straße und an den Strandappartments vorbei und schon ist man am sehr schönen Strand, wo man stundenlang entlang spazieren kann. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und der Kühlschrank war mit einem Essen, das man sich nur warm zu machen brauchte, bestückt. Ebenso standen uns kostenlose Getränke für den ersten Tag zur Verfügung. Ein insgesamt schöner Aufenthalt der nur getrübt wurde durch vereinzelte laute Flugzeuge, die über uns hin hinweg flogen. Aber das war uns eigentlich bereits bei der Buchung bewusst. Die Vermieterin war bereits im Vorfeld sehr freundlich, kooperativ und antwortete immer sehr zeitnah auf unsere E-Mails.

Absolument excellent!

Ce chouette studio Aurea, idéalement placé et parfaitement équipé à répondu à nos attentes! Tout était parfait! L'accueil de Raj! Le rangement la propreté.Le repas Mauricien prêt à notre arrivée et le gâteau au chocolat tout était délicieux. Régine nous avait gentillement mis en contact avec Claire et Sailesh pour la location de voiture du 17 au 19 pour 80e. Ceux ci sont venus nous chercher à l'aéroport et accompagner jusqu'à la location. C'est génial!. Ils sont également d'une gentillesse extrême! L'accès à la plage de rêve: limite juste réservée pour nous c'était incroyable! Je n'en crois toujours pas mes yeux! Nous sommes restés dans les environs vu que notre séjour était super court, mais nous avons pu échanger avec les locaux et faire de belles rencontres ce qui nous a vallu de faire un petit tour en bateau gratuitement 😃. Nous avons déjeuner et dîner au Bougainvilliers et apprécié différents menus. 2 jours de rêves et de pur bonheur : Merci Régine (que nous n' avons malheureusement pas pu rencontrer mais que nous avons eu en conversation téléphonique).Je recommanderai bien sûr ce complexe autour de moi. J'espère pouvoir revenir un jour 😜.

Tolles neues Apartment direkt am Strand

Wir haben hier die letzte 4 Tage unserer Rundreise auf Mauritius verbracht und wurden sehr herzlich mit dem leckersten Schokokuchen und einem tollen Abendessen im Kühlschrank in Empfang genommen! So konnten wir den Einkauf auf den nächsten Tag verschieben und den super sauberen Strand genießen. In der Wohnung ist wirklich alles was man benötigt um entspannte Ferien zu haben. Es ist alles ganz neu und sehr gepflegt. Das Bett ist groß genug um mit einem Kind in der Mitte noch genug Platz zu finden. Selbst die Strandausrüstung reicht vom Badetuch über eine Kühlbox bis hin zum Sonnenschirm. Uns wurde bei allen Fragen sehr nett weiter geholfen und ein absolut günstiges Taxi zum Flughafen bestellt. Es war ein wirklich toller Abschluss für unsere Reise!!! Vielen Dank an Regine und Raj für die tolle Zeit! Wir kommen sicher bald wieder!

Super Urlaubsunterkunft

Wir haben eine Woche im Studio Aura verbracht.Das Studio befindet sich in der zweiten Reihe, was aber keinen Nachteil für uns mit sich brachte. Dies wussten wir aber schon vor der Buchung. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gepflegt, wurde täglich durch sehr freundliche Raj gereinigt. Das hat uns sehr überrascht, da man solch einen Service bei Ferienwohnungen nicht gewohnt ist (wir mieten für unsere Reisen nur Ferienwohnungen).Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag problemlos und funktionierte einwandfrei. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war für uns vollkommen ausreichend, schliesslich fährt man nicht zum TV schauen nach Mauritius! Im vergleich zu anderen Unterkünften auf der Insel ist der Standard bei dieser äußerst hoch. 5*! Der Zugang zum Strand ist ebenso problemlos. Nicht einmal 2min Fußweg! Hierbei handelt es sich um einen öffentlichen Strand, der im Oktober menschenleer war. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen! Wir werden mit Sicherheit nochmal zurückkehren, da es auch ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge ist. Ein Mietwagen ist empfehlenswert. Regine hat angeboten sich um alles zu kümmern bzw. zu organisieren, sofern dies gewünscht war. Dabei ging es um Dinge wie Leihwagen, erster Einkauf etc. Alles hat super geklappt! Idylle über den Parkplätzen.

Nachdem wir im Vorwege zu unserem Aufenthalt in der letzten Novemberwoche 2016 im Studio Aurea sehr netten Kontakt per Mail und telefonisch mit Regin Le Breton hatten und auch uns, wie von vielen anderen Mietern beschrieben, zum Empfang ein Abendessen und ein Mikrowellen-Schokokuchen bereitet wurde, hatten wir jedoch im Verlauf der dort verbrachten Woche eher das Gefühl von Gästen zweiter Klasse quasi auf dem Hinterhof. Madame Le Breton erschien lediglich ein Mal, um die zweite Zahlung in cash und in Euro zu kassieren, nachdem bereits die Anzahlung per Auslands-IBAN direkt auf ihr Konto gezahlt werden musste und nicht, wie bei sonstigen Buchungen mit Abritel über die Agentur. Der restliche Kontakt lief über die Putzfrau Raj, die allerdings auch sehr intensiv Ausflüge vermitteln wollte und die mit uns die Einführung in die Örtlichkeit vornahm. Die Ausrüstung im Studio entsprach im wesentlichen der Beschreibung, auch wenn weder die Stereoanlage da war, noch das TV funktionierte und im Bad mal eine Deckenleuchte herunterfiel. Die Küchenausrüstung passte nicht zu den Möglichkeiten der Essenszubereitungen, da die Kochplatten viel zu klein für das Kochgeschirr waren und der Herd unter Stromschwankungen litt. Eine Nespressomaschine war vorhanden, es waren in den verschiedenen Supermärkten in Mahebourg aber nirgends die Kapseln zu erstehen. Die sonstigen Geräte , wie etwa eine Art Back-Koch-Gerät ohne Bedienungsanleitung oder Zubehör für den Reiskocher , der nicht vorhanden war oder ein sehr schöner Bodum-Kugelgrill, der allerdings mangels Außensbereich nicht nutzbar war, konnten nicht genutzt werden. Dafür waren in der Küche Tag und Nacht Termiten kräftig am Aushöhlen zu Gange. Auch am Hausstrand fühlten sich die Gäste der drei Residencen eher von denen der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite gestört. Für 25 m² und voll ausgereizter Einrichtungsausstattung der Wohnfläche ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis zu überdenken.
