Great family vacation

Overall, we had a great vacation with our familiy. The infinity pool is nice and the beach is less then 5mins walking away, just go down the stairs :-) Flat was clean and kitchen well equipped.

Wonderful vacations

The apartment is outstanding. Ocean view from the rooms and a wonderful terrace to spend all day an evening. The rooms especially the kitchen are well equipped so no need for bringing anything from home. Uncomplicated communication with the agency. Thank you!

Nice location and lovely apartment

Lovely apartment with all the amenities. Unfortunately we arrived after a storm, and we could not use the tap water (for cooking, drinking, etc) for 4 days; and the pool was not open for 5 of the of the seven days we were there. The pool was one of the main reasons we chose this property. WiFi was somewhat challenging to access. Check in was somewhat challenging as the host had an assistant check us in that did not understand/speak English well. It was fortunate that my friend understood French. The assistant was friendly and nice, but it would have been nice for me as the paying person to understand the check in instructions and communicate in English.

I understand your frustration concerning the consequences of the extremely exceptional storm that occurred unfortunately just before your arrival and I apologize for the inconvenience of the pool that could not be re-opened early enough. Luckily the beach was accessible and cleaned.😅 When it comes to communication, I am surprised by your comment since you received the instructions in English through the platform and I communicated my self with you in English by phone twice, especially to guide you through the WiFi connection. Sehr schön gelegene Wohnung

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer Ferienwohnanlage, mit einem tollen Blick auf die Bucht, der beheizte Pool ist 2 min zu Fuß entfernt, der Stand ca. 5 min. Es gibt einen sehr kleinen Einkaufsladen, der 10 min zu Fuß entfernt ist. Die Lage ist einerseits sehr ruhig und angeschieden, andererseits dauert es dafür länger, bis man größere Städte mit dem Auto erreicht (St. TROPEZ ca. 45 min, Toulon ca. 1 Std.).

Familienurlaub am Meer

Zusammen mit einer befreundeten Familie haben wir eine Wohnung in Gehdistanz zum Meer gewünscht. Der Strand ist etwa 200m zu Fuss und wunderschön. Es hat mehrere Strandrestaurants ubd auch weitere schöne Strände in nächster Nähe. Die Anlage ist gut unterhalten und hat einen wunderschön gelegenen Pool. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgerüstet, sauber und verfügt sogar über eine Klimaanlage. Einziger Minuspunkt ist die etwas zu schmal geratene Terrasse. Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub hier verbracht.

wondering why there were no beach tieels its a beach resort. no sheets either - find this strange, as a vrbo owner cannot imagine not providing sheets.. had a crazy amount if dinner plates, yet no coffee mugd. france can learn from USA in this: orovide plenty if towels, beach chairs, coffee. no one will steal them

Family Break in the south of France

About us: Family of 4, one 4 year old, one 1.5 year old looking for 3 bed apartment (1.5 year old does poor sleep) near the beach, with heated pool. We got to the premise by using a car and stayed for 7 nights in Apr/May 2022. The site (Résidence Goélia Le Domaine de La Pinède) is a mixture of private owned and Goélia owned apartments. This one appealed to us because of the number of bedrooms (3) and the relatively modern decor of the apartment. The kitchen/diner/lounge was well laid out and gave us less problems than we anticipated. The fridge freezer was very large and was set to a sensible temperature. The oven worked well, though it is always difficult to figure them out. The halogen hob was clean and easily boiled water for pasta and the toaster worked well for 2 slices of toast. We used the dishwasher a lot and this reduce the washing up we had to do and seemed adequate. Other appliances we didn’t use were the Nespesso coffee maker as there were no pods and we didn’t use the microwave or kettle. The kitchen was definitely recently fitted and both tidy and easy to keep clean, it felt Ikea quality so it wouldn’t necessarily last any substantial period of time but that’s not a problem if its maintained. The central island in the kitchen diner worked well to eat meals and even our 1.5 year old was well suited to the stools. The owner did provide a high chair, though we only used it once as the stools and the booster seat we had brought from home were sufficient. The stools while not to our stylistic taste we very easy to wipe clean which was very useful with the small kids. The lounge part of the room had a large l-shaped sofa which was very comfy and a Samsung smart TV. There was also a satellite box and Blu-ray player. Goélia provided a wi-fi signal for the whole site but I never connected to it and I don’t think the smart TV could connect either. We only used the satellite box once, so it seemed to work. We brought a lot of films from home which we played through the TV and it was good. There was an empty box for a google chrome cast, not sure if it had been taken, or there was no capability without there own Wi-Fi signal. A standard arrangement of games Uno/Chess/Cards were also under the TV but nothing exceptional. Room layout – one bedroom with bunk bed and single bed, one bedroom with double bed (double wardrobe fitted storage), one bedroom with double bed (double wardobe fitted) with some ornaments.

Deux semaines excellentes dans un magnifique environnement

Très belle location, très bien équipée, avec des chambres spacieuses, confortables et très calmes. Terrasse ombragée très agréable. L'accès direct à la mer, et la grande piscine sont très appréciables.

Bonne communication avec la propriétaire et la personne sur place. Logement propre spacieux et fonctionnel , idéal avec enfants ! Emplacement au top, la plage de pramousquier est magnifique et la résidence est calme. Beaucoup de serviettes de bains ce qui est toujours appréciable. N’hésitez pas!

Parfait week-end familial en bord de mer

Nous avons passé un séjour parfait dans ce bien optimisé pour les familles ou amis cherchant un accès rapide à la plage, de la verdure, du calme (tous les voisins étaient très respectueux), des vues imprenables, un bon emplacement pour rayonner en journée, et une piscine chauffée.
