The apartment is on the 8th floor in a charming 9-storey building with elevator and caretaker. Each floor consists of a single apartment except the 8th formed of 2 apartments of 80 and 70 m2 of which I am the owner. Each apartment consists of a large bedroom, a double living room, kitchen, bathroom / WC, balcony, and parking. They are all furnished with electrical appliances and complete kitchen tools. 24/24 power apt and elevator. fiber Optic internet.
