Tämä 4 makuuhuoneen 3 kylpyhuoneen koti oli hiljattain uusittu täydelliseksi, ja siinä oli pelihuone, viihdehuone, biljardipöytä, Yamaha sähköpiano, 6 hengen spa ja paljon muuta! Kaikki NON-ajovalkoisilla hiekkarannoilla!
Tämä on hyvin suunniteltu talo, joka sopii kaikille ja ystäville!
Monitasoiset kannet ympäröivät tätä kaunista kotia, joka istuu suoraan Floridan parhaalla rannalla. Suuri kansi antaa kaikille pitää hauskaa auringossa tai auringossa, runsaasti tilaa maissireiän tai pelien pelaamiseen. Beautiful House in New Smyrna Beach

Our stay at this wonderful house on the beach was both a joy and relaxing. The hosts were supportive, responsive, accessible, and great people. Many pleasant memories were had here.

Blissful Beach House

Our stay this week was perfection at this wonderful property. This house is big & bright, wonderfully furnished, sparkling clean and has all the amenities we needed and more. Our four grown kids joined us for the week and we had room for everyone to get together - or be apart - as needed. The bedrooms are big and private. The bathrooms are gorgeous. Really beautiful tile and high end finishes throughout. We cooked a lot and the kitchen had everything we needed. Modern conveniences like a touch faucet, quiet dishwasher, plenty of dishes and seating, and room for multiple people to cook together made cooking a pleasure. The tvs are ROKU enabled and the wifi is powerful so nothing ever glitched. There was tons to do inside and out. Between the pool table downstairs, the hot tub on the deck, a bags game, cards, and games, we never ran out of things to do. And let's talk about that beach. We didn't have great weather after the first couple of days, but the deck is partially covered so it was still comfortable sitting up top watching the water. I took a telescope and loved watching the fishing boats working offshore. This house is literally ON THE BEACH. At high tide, the water comes to the bottom of the steps. The sound of the waves crashing was magical. We had calm water days and angry water days and loved all of them. The ocean is hypnotic at this house. It almost feels like it has moods. Sitting in the warm hot tub under the stars and listening to the waves was so calming. We also were lucky enough to be there for a rocket Launch at Kennedy. The view was awesome and when the sound caught up, it gave us all goosebumps. Amazing! Dennis was so accommodating and generous with his time. When we had a minor problem with the washer downstairs, he was over in less than 30 minutes and in and out until he got it fixed and grateful that we caught it and cleaned up the water quickly. I really can't recommend this lovely beach house enough. All four of our kids noted that the house was better in person than it photographed online. It was comfortable, roomy, modern, and absolutely felt like home. I'm not even home yet and wish I could go back.

Serenity by the Sea

We spent the month of March at this lovely property to escape the winter doldrums of Maryland. The home was sparkling clean when we arrived and the owners contacted us several times to see if we had questions or needed anything. While we enjoyed the amenities on the interior, the expansive deck was the best! It is perfect for reading and relaxing and the wide, no drive beach is superb!! We highly recommend this property; it surpassed our expectations.

Great location and amenities

Wonderful home for family with young children and small dogs. Safe no-drive beach, large open deck area with covered porch area for sun and rain protection. Inside open entertaining with downstairs gameroom. Owner was close by for any problems which the few were all minor. Great time of year to go. Neighbors on each side very nice.

Amazing Oceanfront Experience

We spent one month at this property and enjoyed it very much. The very large deck is one of the major highlights of this property, offering both sunny and shady areas to enjoy the ocean. The hot tub is a wonderful way to wind down the day in the beautiful beach setting. The house is well-equipped with all the essentials needed for cooking and enjoying meals together. The owner/manager of the property is extremely responsive to any issues - no matter how small - while being very respectful of our privacy. I would highly recommend this house for anyone looking for a real beach experience and I do hope to return next year.

The perfect beach house

I’m not sure I can express enough just how much we enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. EVERYTHING was perfect! I didn’t want to leave, but I know we’ll be back. The property is gorgeous, super clean and filled with all of the amenities you need to make your visit as relaxing, comfortable and as wonderful as possible. Dennis, the host, was incredibly responsive and amazing at answering any questions we had. Looking forward to our next visit. I highly recommend!

Direct beach front

We wanted a beach house with direct ocean front for ease of access and this house is perfect! It has a wonderful deck directly on the ocean with plenty of seating so if you don’t want to sit in the sand, you are able to sit in the shade right on the beach! The house is very clean and updated with everything you need. We loved the amazing views from the windows of the kitchen and living area. Having the 2 downstairs bedrooms and seating area was wonderful for our kids and us! Will definitely be making a return trip to this house!

March in New Smyrna

We came for a month to beautiful and charming New Smyrna beach. The location is excellent, private beach, home well equipped with everything. Dennis the owner super friendly and available for questions about equipment etc. House really comfortable, great kitchen to work in and cook. We were there with our entire family 7 of us and there was a place for everyone to work etc. We would definitely come back as this is a well kept secret.

Great place to spend some time

The house is as advertised, a great beachfront location. It was clean and comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owner was very helpful and easy to contact if needed. We highly recommend this place for anyone that wants to experience an oceanfront home just steps to the water and sand.

Lovely quiet spot (perfect for peaceful holidays!)

My in-laws stayed with my husband, brother-in-law and me for a quiet, quarantine-friendly Christmas vacation. The kitchen was well-stocked and spacious, perfect for cooking together! We actually cooked both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day dinners at this house, so there was very little need to leave the house. We really enjoyed the beach views and immediate access to the deck and hot tub.

Excellent!

This is the perfect set up for any beach vacation. House is set up so that groups/families can be together but have their own level within the home for privacy. Deck was my favorite as it was oversized and had cable wiring surrounding so not to obstruct your view of the ocean. It also created a great space for pets. I was somewhat concerned initially due to the property being "pet friendly" as there can sometimes be a residual pet smell, but was amazed that there was none, zero, nothing. I need to figure out how they do that! Dennis had a lot on his plate during the time that I stayed and yet he took time to answer any questions that I had throughout the week. Book it, you will not regret it!

Secluded beach getaway - just steps to the ocean

We were a little nervous about the crowds around NSB due to the 'Rona that is going around. This house was perfect. As described and the pictures are accurate. Unlike many NSB houses the stairs from the deck are literally on the beach. No need to even cross a small road. This is about 5 miles south of Flagler area and there is no public access close to the house so this kept the large majority of the people away from this part of the beach. Much less crowded than even the condos that are 1/2 mile away. Only people we saw were the neighbors at the houses on either side and the occasional walker on the beach. House had everything we needed - grill, utensils, pool table, ect. Deck is great even when the weather is not beach weather. Dennis is a great host and was quick to answer with the few questions I had. Check in and out was easy as well.

New Smyrna 32nd Vacation

My family and I have been vacationing in New Smyrna for 32 years. This house would rank near the top. Crisp, airy feel in the house. The covered deck and jacuzzi were additional treats. The location of being on the no-drive part of the beach is essential to being able to relax with kids.

Perfect Beach Getaway

Our family of 6 plus 2 friends thoroughly enjoyed this beach house. We have traveled all over the world and would come back here again! Property was newly renovated, clean, family friendly with a view/access to private beach that I wish I could take home. Property manager was very responsive in navigating details of our vacation and meeting our needs while on the property. Highly recommend!

Incredible escape from reality

Beautiful house, cannot beat the location. At high tide the ocean was lapping at the bottom of the deck. Quiet and peaceful. Inside the house was immaculate and clean. Kitchen well stocked and very modern. Hot Tub was the highlight of the house for us- spent a lot of time on the deck and in the tub. Overall a great stay, creating lasting memories

Best Beach Vacation

We can be pretty picky, so we're lucky that we picked the right place. This house has everything you need and then some. Over our 5 night stay we never left the property and never felt we needed to. Between the expansive living area, large deck, hot tub, beach, pool table and foosball, there was something to entertain day or night. Best part, it felt like we had a private beach almost every day. Dennis was an awesome host and lives nearby if you need him for anything.

Wonderful place just steps to the ocean.

We were looking for a special place to enjoy time with a large family with beachfront , adequate space for everyone and the amenities we needed. Very bright and sunny layout on main level with comfortable furnishings and decor. We especially liked the ability to enjoy the oceanfront setting from inside the kitchen/dining preparing meals with doors wide open then one step onto the deck to dine outdoors. Then one flight of stairs and you are on the beach for an evening stroll. We watched dolphins and seabirds while having morning coffee. The kids really enjoyed hunting through the millions of sea shells also. The weather was a bit cool when were there but due to all the glass and the layout we were still able to really enjoy our stay. We would definitely go back again.

Great home - perfect stay

We had a group of 7 stay at the property. There was plenty of space for all of us (4 BR), the property was spotless, it's a beautiful house with a great location and Dennis was great about letting us get in a little early when we arrived. There was also a small issue with the hot tub, which Dennis was really quick to try and fix. Overall, this was a perfect place for us and we really enjoyed our stay. If we were to stay in New Smyrna again, this would be where we would stay.

Wonderful time in a beautiful home with family!

Our stay was perfect! Dennis was very responsive, friendly, and just great! The home and location couldn't have been more perfect. Everything was so clean and beautifully decorated. Space was more than accommodating for our 20 person family dinner that we hosted one of the nights during our stay. Thank you Dennis for making our family vacation such a wonderful experience!

Great House - Great Stay

What a great house to stay in! The house is very nice, is actually bigger than it looks on the web site. From the minute we walked in we felt warm and comfortable. Plenty of space! The deck was great, lots or room and steps from the ocean. The ocean view was spectacular. It was like having our very own private beach! Everyday! The owner was very responsive to any of our needs. This was a great place to stay, I highly recommend and hope that we can return soon.

This home has been completely remodeled from bottom to top .
its a million dollar property with million dollar views .
If you have never been to New Smyrna Beach , you will love it and want to come back every year. we fell in love with this home and our family completely enjoys when we stay here .
We have left several brochures of all the things to do while your here , as for us, we just hang out and enjoy the views, waves, fishing and of coarse the hot tub at night which has the best ocean views around !!

The floor plan was created to make your stay enjoyable , even when you're cooking or grilling , the ocean is in full view and steps away.
The lower level was designed for younger people to just have fun gaming, playing pool or music and all couches are also queen beds .
