In quiet neighbourhood but within walking distance of port

The apartment is on the calanques side of town, slightly out of the centre but it is an easy walk down to the old port. Well furnished with an exceptionally well equipped kitchen and plenty of outside dining space, impressive views from the balcony. The owners couldn't have been more helpful, replying promptly to our messages and driving us to and from the station. We would highly recommend this property.

Quiet and spacious apartment

We are three friends from America. I used vrbo often for vacation rental. This property is by far the best experience. From the host to the property and surroundings, they are first rate. One thing to pay attention is the parking is on the street. Also google map doesn’t give you correct directions in the last 50 feet to the door.

Nice appartment with sea view

We enjoyed our stay in Annas and Brunos appartment. It is spacious, well equipped and has a nice little garden with sunbeds, furniture, and barbecue. Anna an Bruno live nearby and they introducer us to the appartment and the city when we arrived. The appartment and the neighborhood are very local and we did not meet many other tourists. Nearby there is a excellent baker (Maison Daniel). Go there if you want good bread and pasteries. There are severel supermarkets witin 10 min by car. The are two wonderful local beaches - Mugel and Figurolles - within walking distance. They are both excellent for swimming, snorkling, SUP etc. The Grande plage is a little bit further away. It is a large sand beach located right in the heart of La Ciotat, next to Port des Capucins. La Ciotat’s old port is wonderful and close to most people’s notion of coastal Provence. Under the ochre-shaded houses on the quaysides are rows of cafe and restaurant terraces. The water bristles with private yachts and fishing boats. Its full of life in the evening. La Ciotat is bordered by the mighty seascapes of the Calanques National Park. It is a must to see this. The scenery is out of this world, whether you see it by car on a twisting coastal road or from below on a sea cruise. If you wants to go on a one day trip Aix and Marseille can reached within 45 min.

Tolles Haus alles zu Fuß erreichbar

Sehr nette Begrüßung und Einweisung durch die Gastgeber selbst. Top ausgestattet, vor allem die Küche lies keine Wünsche offen. Schöne Raumaufteilung mit ‚echter‘ Küche und ganzem Wohnraum. Toller Blick vom Balkon. Die zusätzliche Terrasse und der Garten sind ein Traum. Etwa 15 min in die Altstadt und zum Hafen. Zwei Strände recht einfach zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Sehr schönes geschmackvoll ausgestattetes Haus, bestens ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht und noch mehr, schöner Garten, großer Balkon mit Blick aufs Meer. Wir wurden vom Bahnhof abgeholt und herzlichst empfangen. Der Kühlschrank war gefüllt mit allem was es braucht. Gemütliche Wohnung mit allem was es braucht. Schöner, schattiger Garten, gut ausgestattet mit Gartenmöbel. Auf der Terrasse genossen wir den Ausklang des Tages im schönen Abendlicht. Ruhige Lage in einer schönen Hafenstadt. 10 Min. zu Fuss an die zwei schönsten Strände. Gute Bäckerei in Fussnähe. Ein fabelhafter Aufenthalt!

Appartement lumineux en étage et avec jardin et petites vues mer

Location très lumineuse avec petit jardin agréable conforme à la description . La disposition des pièces permet à tous de s’isoler. En moins d’un quart d’heure on peut faire de belles promenades. Les hôtes sont très aimables. Merci pour leur aide pour décharger nos bagages.

Un séjour agréable !

Le logement est bien situé, au calme et très bien équipé. Sa localisation permet de se ballader aussi bien vers le centre de La Ciotat que vers les calanques. Et en plus, le propriétaire nous a aimablement renvoyé un document oublié sur place. Nous recommandons donc vivement !
