Located close to Nancy and Lunéville, this contemporary luxury residence, very bright, benefiting from large volumes and great comfort, is an ideal accommodation for your holidays or to welcome your team or your guests on occasion business seminars or family reunions.
There are two accommodation options to choose from:

- the whole house for 15 people (including a baby) from € 14 per person per day *
- the ground floor of the house only for 7 people (including a baby) from € 17 per person per day *

* based on full occupancy for the accommodation chosen, excluding service charges.

Built in a quiet area on 1,100 m2 of landscaped land, the house has 275 m2 distributed over two levels and an enclosed outdoor parking for 6 cars.
It offers on these two floors: 15 beds maximum - integrated kitchen - 2 dining rooms - living room / stay - 3 bathrooms - 4 WC - equipped laundry - large terrace - garden - barbecue - garden furniture - electric shutters - large wardrobe - videophones - underfloor heating. A baby bed, a high chair, a changing table / mattress and baby accessories (bathtub, potty, booster seat, dishes) are provided free of charge to our guests.
Eight individual beds (90 X 200) can be twinned and transform into a king size bed (180 x 200) for two people.
A furnished office is available to allow business travelers to work during their stay.

The house has all the comforts and equipment you will need during your stay (cookware, small appliances, microwave, American fridge, freezer, washing machine, dryer, ironing board and ironing board) , large screen TV (58 "/ 146 cm), bluetooth sound bar, Internet / wifi, etc.).

You will only need to bring with you certain personal items such as toiletries and towels, as well as the basic items you may need for cooking.

Only the basic products necessary for the maintenance of the house and the linen are provided.

Heating, charges, exit cleaning and supply of sheets are included in the rental.
