The place was just as advertised and very comfortable. The only thing I would change is to have outdoor seating and a table. Thought the new grill was fabulous. Great location and very comfortable!

Great location !

Home was spacious and the location was perfect. The boardwalk was directly in front of the house. Wonderful service from the resort staff as well.

July 2025 Kiawah

Stay was outstanding. Back deck was trashed with spider webs and tree debris. Grill was falling to pieces but we got around that as the location to the beach was right across the street! Only bad thing about the biardwalk to the beach was that it had stairs at the beach end instead of a ramp. We had three beach wagons of stuff to take each day so they had to be unloaded at the top of the atairs and reloaded on the beach or we had to walk down the street aways to the boardwalk with a ramp. Also, the stairs were hard for the disabled in the family to use.

The location is perfect. The home is a good layout for families. The beds were comfortable. The home was tidy but not very clean in the bathrooms. The toilets and sinks were clean but we found hair in the shower and on ground near toilet. The kitchen was pretty well stocked, but we had to clean some pans that still had food residue on them. We had an ant problem, kept coming into the kitchen through window. We just tried to manage it ourselves with vinegar and cinnamon for our time there because it’s not an easy fix. The WiFi went out mid stay with a message that the bill was unpaid. Once we voiced this issue to the property representative she was able to fix it (card had expired on auto pay account so likely just a timing thing). Overall the location was the most important for us with young children and it was easy to walk to the beach and ride bikes to dinner or the pool.

Great Bungalow, Amazing Location, Perfect for Family

We had a fantastic stay in Kiawah. The Bungalow is directly across from the beach and an easy bike ride to everything we wanted to do with our three boys 11 and under. The house is clean and tidy with everything you need for a getaway. The resort privileges are an extra bonus that take the experience up a notch. My boys loved the waterslides at the pool and all the kids events they did on island. We hope to be back soon!

Great week!

The house was perfect for our stay. Location across from the beach access and close enough for a quick bike ride to the Night Heron Park was exactly what we were looking for. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The house was a lot more spacious than we thought and it’s a great deal for being so close to beach plus having resort privileges! Had everything we needed!

Excellent location!

We had a great week! The best part about this house is its proximity to the beach. Boardwalk 13 is right across the street. This is super helpful if you have someone in your party who can’t do long bike rides or walks to get to the beach, like we did. I will say that house felt “tired”. I think some updated bedding and nice sheets would have put this house over the top. The two queen beds in the 3rd bed room squeak whenever you roll over which was the only complaint from my teenagers who slept in there. Also, I had looked forward to family dinners on the porch but the table and chairs weren’t in great shape so we weren’t able to eat out there. However, those are minor issues and would be easy fixes to help make this place a truly exceptional stay. That said, we would definitely stay here again due to it’s amazing location along beautiful Eugenia Avenue.

Excellent location

Beach is right across the non-busy street and the shops our close by. This was right after a storm so there was debris but that is certainly expected. The owner was very helpful and we were able to check in after the property was cleared. Enjoyed our stay. Each bedroom had their own bath.

Perfect stay

The house is beautiful. There were plenty of towels and the place was clean. It was a VERY quick walk to the beach and with 4 small kids that was important to us. The beach was beautiful with few people nearby. I would absolutely stay again!

Great location

Property is directly across from walkway to beach thereby affording access as if it was beachfront. Beach was quiet and not crowded. Kitchen was adequate and grill worked well. We had problems with one bathroom that essentially precluded its use for the stay. Maintenance people were responsive but could not repair while we were in residence. This was a relatively small inconvenience that will be repaired soon. We will definitely consider this property for a repeat stay.

2023 Family Kiawah trip

Perfect location. This is the third time a member of our extended family has rented the home. It’s easy for little ones to be directly across the street from the beach and easy for older kids to ride to Night Herron.

Great spot, close to beach.

Our family of four had plenty of room and a fun stay. Good spot close to the beach. Owner/property manager was highly responsive and good to work with.

Super location

Excellent location in beautiful setting. Very short walk to beach—shorter than some places on beach that are further from a beach entrance. Beach is not crowded. Great place to ride bikes. Inclusion of resort pass gives easy access to pools. Responsive to needs and questions. Hope to return next summer.

Very comfortable home in fabulous location

We spent 2 weeks. It is in excellent condition and located right across the street from an entrance to the beach. The house had everything we needed. Being able to use the Night Heron pool was a terrific benefit that does not come with most rentals.

Perfect for family vacation.

The house was perfect for the 5 of us plus our new grandson. House is clean, outstanding location, we truly enjoyed it! The kitchen is light on basic cooking utensils, but we made it work.

The location is outstanding and the house is darling. The kitchen could be better equipped

We would definitely consider staying here again in the shoulder or off season. We do enjoy cooking and eating in after a long day enjoying the many activities available on Kiawah, so the kitchen equipment was a bit sparse for us.

This home is on a quiet residential street away from all the activity, but an easy walk or bike to be in the middle of everything! Beach access path right across from our driveway makes evening strolls or a day with the kids easy. The Night Heron Park area, a quick 5 min. bike ride. Everything about this spot is easy!
