COMFORTABLE AIR-CONDITIONED HOUSE IN ARDECHOISE *** CLASSIFICATION

Typical house entirely renovated with taste (mixture of modern and old) of 70 m2 located in Vallon Pont d'Arc near the calm river (5 min from the city center).
The house can accommodate 5 people and consists of a large living room with quality convertible sofa, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, nespresso coffee machine, ...), two bedrooms (one with a bed double and the other with a single bed), a bathroom with bathtub (ideal for young children), two toilets, a terrace equipped for your evening and lunch and breakfast, as well as 'a green courtyard and a large garage to keep your car cool in summer.
The house is equipped with a washing machine, a clothes horse and a vacuum cleaner, as well as everything you need to keep this place clean during your stay.
Canoe departure a few meters from the house and free shuttles in summer allow you to go to the city center, to Pont d'Arc or to the Cave (Chauvet Cave).
Finally for cycling enthusiasts the site is ideal for getting around.

A vegetated courtyard and a large garage to let your car cool in the summer.
The house is equipped with a washing machine, a clothes drying rack and a vacuum cleaner and all the necessary to keep this place clean during your holidays.
Departure of canoe a few meters from the house and free shuttles in the summer allow to go to the town center, to the “Pont d'Arc” or to visit the “Pont d'Arc Cavern.
Fan of bikes, the place is ideal to move.

A lovely short break in the Ardeche

This was an ideal place for us to stay and visit the local sights, such as the Pont d'Arc, Grotte Chauvet 2 and Ardeche gorges. The accommodation was very comfortable and well equipped for our needs. The integral garage space for the car was great and gave us an extra sense of security. The owner/staff were very helpful, especially in retrieving a pair of glasses I left behind. Thank you both!

Logement très propre. Avec tout ce qu'il faut. La région est très belle. Visite de l'Aven d'Orgniac, de la grotte Chauvet, des villages pittoresques, le pont d'Arc. 70 km plus loin le pont du Gard. Je conseille d'aller faire un séjour dans cette région.

Nous avons séjourné au gîte des Mazes du 12 au 19 juillet. L’hébergement est confortable et, en période de canicule, nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’efficacité de la climatisation. Des améliorations pourraient cependant être apportées concernant la literie, de qualité juste moyenne, et le salon couvert extérieur, difficilement utilisable en l’état. La maison est située à 4 km du centre de Vallon Pont d’Arc, dans un endroit plutôt calme la nuit, mais où la circulation pendant la journée est importante. Un dernier « détail » : il manque dans la chambre 2 lampes de chevet.

Es ist ein sehr geschmackvoll renoviertes altes Haus in Mazers, Ortsteil von Vallon pont d Arc. Auf 2 Etagen ist alles was man braucht, sehr sauber, ruhig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Perfekt auch die Garage direkt unter der Wohnung. Wir würden dieses Hsus jederzeit wieder buchen.

Mauvaise localisation du logement sur la carte

Nous pensions avoir réservé une maison à proximité du centre de Vallon Pont d’Arc mais nous étions très éloignés du centre. Effectivement les quelques commerces à proximité étaient à 5 minutes mais en voiture! Autre mauvais point : espaces extérieurs mal entretenus.

Descriptif de l’annonce un peu élogieux (pas de sèche linge, un climatiseur mobile non efficace, tuyau de sortie par la fenêtre mais pas de climatisation comme annoncé et chaleur excessive dans les chambres mansardées, simple baignoire et pas de bain à remous et enfin centrale vapeur défectueuse.

Logement très agréable à vivre. Fonctionnel et bien équipé. Maison typiquement ardéchoise ce qui fait son charme. Le site Abritel situe le logement presque dans le village de Vallon Pont d'Arc alors qu'il est situé plus en retrait et nous avons eu besoin de prendre la voiture pour nous y rendre. Sinon, à 10 minutes à pied, il y a un point chaud pour le pain, un vendeur de fruits et légumes, une boucherie, une pizzéria et à 50 mètres un restaurant.

Das Haus und die Einrichtung sind sehr geschmackvoll und entsprechen der Beschreibung des Inserates. Es war sehr sauber und alles vorhanden, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Lage ist ruhig und zentral gelegen, ideal für Ausflüge und Aktivitäten.

Séjour aoûtien aux Mazes

Très agréable séjour au calme au Mazes. Location Idéalement placée aux abords du moulin et de Vallon pont d'arc permettant de nombreuses découvertes dans une région exceptionnelle. Extrême beau temps de la partie ! Logement propre très fonctionnel et bien équipé ! (manque seulement d'un peu + de rangements en ce qui nous concerne ). Les propriétaires sont aux petits soins pour leurs hôtes avec petites attentions à l'arrivée, joignables et à l'écoute aux besoins. Seul bémol :les moustiques qui n'étaient pas conviés ! Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances !

Maison et environnement très agréables

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour. Maison agréable et décorée avec gout. Tout confort, il ne manque rien. La petite cour est tres sympa et fraiche pour les apéros de fin de journée. Plein de jolis village à découvrir au son des cigales (Labeaume, Balazuc, Vogüe, Aigueze et Vallon bien sûr :)), de randos à faire pour découvrir des zones de baignades tranquilles (Vue sur le Cirque de Gens est à couper le souffle) et la descente de l'Ardèche en Canoë, incontournable ! La région est vraiment magnifique. Nous avons été très bien conseillés avant notre arrivée, bien accueillis et accompagnés durant notre séjour. Mme Jindki est charmante. Nous recommandons vivement cet hébergement et possible que nous y reviendrons.

Maison conforme au descriptif , dommage que le voisinage ne respecte pas les locataires

La maison est très appréciable et l'emplacement adéquate à la pratique de divers activitées sans obligatoirement utiliser la voiture. Notre seul reproche est le voisinage qui pourrait respecter un peu plus le calme et le repos des vacanciers, musique le soir et une partie de la nuit mais surtout le vas et viens quotidien des motos cross au point que l'odeur d'essence envahisse le bien.
