Excellent beach house for multi-family fun w plenty of room for 8 adults and 8 kids ranging from 1 year to 14. We found the house to be clean and have basically everything we needed, including beach chairs and a wagon. The pool/slide was a hit. They called to check on us-We had a minor problem that was resolved right away by a kind repair man. The location was fantastic- basically right across the street from the beach and a few blocks from shops, restaurants and the candy/ice cream shop. Considered renting a golf cart before we got there, but honestly I’m glad we didn’t- it was not needed. Also took a day and drove up to Bean Point, but really the best beach was right across the street. The water was calm and we brought blow up paddle boards. My only negative feedback, as noted in other reviews, is that the beds are extremely noisy and creaky. It would even wake up my one year-old when I would just roll over to reposition.Overall, great house in great location and I would definitely return.

Great place for vacation with family

I was pleasantly surprised how clean and beautiful this place is short two minute walk to a beach very clean very nice people around everything is short distance restaurants stores I was absolutely happy with this vacation here I wish I could stay one more week I'll be coming back that's for sure

Great Place

We stayed with a group of 14 and had a great experience! The kids loved the pool and waterslide! It was quick walk to the beach and many shops. Overall we had a great time!

Great family vacation

Had family come in from all over the country to get together and had a great time. Always somethingvto do or just hang out in the quaint resort inspired back yard when it was too hot for anything else.

60th Anniversary Celebration

This place was wonderful. It was clean and the hosts were very responsive. If the pool heater had been fixed before the day we had to leave, it would have been perfect. The entire family was thrilled with the close access to the beach and shopping. We would love to come back again.

Absolutely beautiful

This place was more beautiful than the pictures show. Great location to the beach, shops and dining. Top deck on the house had a great view for watching sunsets. This home was just perfect for our girls trip. I highly recommend this place.

Great house for large family

The location right across the street from the beach was ideal. House pool and slide was a lot of fun for kids. Roof top deck was perfect for viewing sunsets. AMI Locals were attentive to all needs and were quick to respond.

Family Christmas trip

The house, pool, location was amazing. We had a family of 15 stay for a week. Anna Maria island was wonderful. Less than a block to the beach, short walk to stores, restaurants & bars. We couldn't have asked for more. We will be back!

Great house with plenty of room for 15. Pool and water slide were a huge hit! Close to shopping and food. Short walk to the beach. We did rent a golf cart. It was waiting when we got there!

Family Favorite

Beautiful home just across the street from the beach which had awesome sunsets. There also is a wide walking path we used every morning. We were within walking distance to numerous restaurants. The booking was easy & if we had to contact them they were available 7 days a week. Definitely recommend this home.

We loved the location, Cleanliness and the layout of the house. Upon taking occupancy we identified five items that needed repair and notified the property manager. Repairs were subsequently made. If the property manager had inspected the house before we arrived these items would have been seen.

Perfect for a Large Group

There were 8 adults and 3 kids staying at the house. We had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was very well stocked. The living room was just the right size for the adults at night. And the kids could have spent all day, every day in the pool and hot tub. The bonus was that the beach was a two minute walk!

Excellent family location

We had the greatest time--in the pool, at the beach, doing our talent show in the spacious living room, cooking huge and delicious meals, taking pics of our family on the roof with beautiful sunsets in the background. There were a couple minor things that needed fixing and AMI Locals and the owners were ove before we could blink. Definitely rent this place, but not too often because we want to be able to come back!
