T3 apartment with air-conditioning on the seafront, completely refurbished and newly equipped.

New for rent: Apartment of 45m2, crossing, facing the sea, on the first and last floor of the residence "Le Panoramic" completely renovated and equipped to nine. Near the hotel "The Mediterranean", overlooking the Casino, located 200m, the lighthouse, the sea, and the beginning of the Pyrenees. In summer, near the animations but without noise nuisance, ideal for families.

Maximum capacity of the apartment: 4 adults plus 2 children.

2 bedrooms: bedroom 1, 1 bed 140cm with new shape memory mattress, 1 large wardrobe and 1 closet. Bedroom 2, 1 140cm bed with memory foam mattress and 1 bunk bed, with new mattresses. The 2 bedrooms are separated by an accordion door. 1 Clic clac neuf, bought in August 2018, in the living room.

Equipment: TV 100cm TNT hanging on the wall, new fitted kitchen, coffee maker Dolce Gusto and traditional. Fridge, hob, large 75L oven, microwave oven, electric griddle, dishwasher, washing machine, Rowenta wireless vacuum cleaner, shower cabin with chromo therapy, new SDB cabinet with integrated lighting. Separate toilets. All electrical appliances are new except refrigerator, and microwave.
Baby equipment (high chair, cot, inflatable changing table). Terrace on balcony facing the sea with tables and chairs, panoramic view of the Mediterranean.
Linen not provided.
Non smoking apartment.
Rental from Saturday 14h to the following Saturday 11h.

Ce logement est idéalement situé, la vue sur la mer et le lever du soleil est excellente. De nombreux équipements sont présents, jusque dans le moindre détail. Le seul point d'amélioration serait la literie, fatiguée et trop étroite pour un bon confort (140 cm).

Excellentes vacances. Bémol la météo n'a pas était au rendez-vous. Les enfants étaient ravis malgré la température "fraîche" de l'eau. A l'appartement absence de hotte ...un peu gênant quand on cuit du poisson. Surprise aussi pour le paiement du ménage "préférer les espèces au chèque" mais qui s'explique par rapport à toutes les fraudes ....

Ferienwohnung mit Meerblick

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal dort und würden, wenn möglich nochmals hierher kommen.Die Ferienwohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet und sauber. Die Eigentümerin hat an alles gedacht,was man braucht um einen schönen Urlaub zu verbringen.Von Francine wurde man herzlich empfangen und als Superbonus kann man täglich den Sonnenaufgang vom Frühstückstisch aus betrachten.
