This fantastic 7-bedroom, 7.5-bath beach house has lovely inside and outside living spaces. The garage has a game room, and the deck off the main floor boasts a pool, spa, and sunning area. Beautiful decks off the upper floor overlook the pool.

Inside, gorgeous wood floors and beautiful furnishings and fixtures give this north forest beach home a low country, coastal vibe. The open kitchen, living, and dining areas have ample seating, whether for dining or relaxing, all surrounded by windows. The bedrooms and bathrooms are both luxurious and comfortable. This coastal home has it all and steps away from our beautiful Hilton Head beaches.

Awesome stay in Hilton head. House was the perfect size for our family of 12 adults. Allowed everyone their own bedrooms but plenty of community space for meals, games, tv and pool time. Super close to beach access and Coligny plaza. Will definitely return.

Great property, perfect location

Everything was exceptional, from check in to check out. The space was perfect for our group (2 extended families, 11 adults , 2 3 yr olds, and 1 1 yr old. ). Great areas to gather together, and peaceful suites to rest. Location was great…quick walk to beach and Coligny. Pool was perfect! House was well equipped in every way.

Beach fun

The house was perfect for our family, block from the beach and pool was perfect for the ages of the children. There are 18 family members and the house was spacious and comfortable. The location near Coligny is ideal.

Perfect location!! Walked to grocery store and Coligny for ice cream at night and coffee in the morning!! Short walk to beach and had plenty of sand chairs, wagons and bikes to use! Will definitely be back!

Amazing Home and accommodating management company

We had an amazing week on HHI in this beautiful home. The amenities were better than advertised. The Pool and Spa were heated when we arrived, the house was clean and stocked with towels. The rooms were as advertised and the kitchen held our large group perfectly. Plenty of dishes and utensils. Everything was an advertised or better. Including the rental bikes and wagons is a great touch and increased out enjoyment of the beach just a few steps down the road. The proximity to the circle shops at Coligny was also a treat. Cannot recommend this property enough.

Great location and most of the house was functioning and in good working condition. We had a few issues, the hot water pressure was poor, the refrigerator was leaking, and the company was aware of the issue when I called. The housekeeping upon arrival appeared rushed. The most concrrning was a broken railing on the 2nd floor pool deck. We notified the company, they had someone come take pictures, but nothing was done about it. Otherwise a great stay with 2 multi genrational families.

Wonderful!! Great location. Great property.

We loved it! It was a easy short walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, coffee, and grocery store. The house was perfect for our family. We had 16 people (11 adults and 5 kids ages 2-10). We cooked and grilled almost every night. We loved the king table with seating for everyone. The refrigerator was large and could hold all we needed plus the fridge in the garage. The elevator was super helpful for getting luggage up and down. The large garage made it easy to park multiple cars. I have no complaints and we would definitely stay here again.

The home is beautiful and located perfectly from the beach and Coligny Plaza. A few suggestions: 1. The Air Conditioner did not maintain a cool temperature on either floor of the house. It was 78-81 degrees at all times which was extremely uncomfortable, especially at night.2. The main refrigerator and freezer leaked water and the freezer had a temperature swing that melted all of our ice and ice cream, we barely had any items in there from the start. Otherwise everything was great!

Excellent family vacation
