Very clean property in an excellent location

Stay at this property for 2 nights pre cruise. It's a very clean and comfortable property in a great location within walking distance to Lauderdale by the Sea and also a Walgreens/Liquor Store. Would definitely stay there again!

Our room was perfect. It was me and my adult son in town for a family party. We have relatives down the street. The location is perfect with beach access so close. The room was so clean and decorated so nicely I loved the walk in closet to put all of our luggage. Everything we needed was there! I would definitely recommend this quaint room Host met us to look at some of the other units and he was super friendly 5 stars all the way around

Perfect by the Sea

The place was just as the pictures showed. No deceptions here! Perfect room for the 4 adults that stayed. It was very clean, bright and quiet place. Loved the area. Lauderdale-by-the-sea has a very quaint and laid back atmosphere. Terrific restaurants and shops just steps away. And the best thing a straight walk across the road from the room to the beach. We will definitely come back.

Great place and location

Stayed here for a few days and loved it. Check in was easy. Had an issue with an email not being sent with check in instructions. Contacted them and received a call back within the hour. Location is perfect ad well. Far enough away from the hustle of Lauderdale by the Sea, but close enough to walk to restaurants and shops. Plus the beach was two blocks away.

The property and ground were so cute. We loved the silverware and tableware available. It was a short walk to ocean. But was a bit further than we expected to the pier. Still loved it.

Ft. Lauderdale get away

Overall good stay. Only thing was AC leaked which informed owner and did not see per se beach chairs for laying in sun just saw stadium chairs for beach but also did not reach out to owner to confirm so that is something if you are planning on beach chairs to check with them before. Other than that it was perfectly located where you can walk every to everything. Very clean!!

Nice en clean studio just few minuten walk from the sea.

The studio is very good cleaned. It's up to date. The shower (badtub) worked good. Only there was no drain to fill the tube. Would be nice with our two small children. Overall we had a good stay in a nice studio.

Far enough from the noise of central Lauderdale-by-the-Sea but well within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and a block from the beach. The room was cute and equipped with little gadgets to get you through a stay. Clean. Comfortable. We will be staying again.

Nice place, but owners are awful with communication.

The tub, sink and toilet all clogged out of nowhere. Human waste came out of the tub and it was absolutely disgusting. We tried contacting the owners and they would not respond to any calls or texts. They did not care. We left a day early and I’m hoping to be refunded for one day/night because of this. It was very unacceptable and I’ll never go back here.

Perfect Oceanside getaway

We enjoyed our time here so much. It was within walking distance to so many restaurant choices and had such easy access to the beach. We cannot wait to go back and would love to stay longer next time.

Weekend Miami Dolphins trip

The location is perfect. It's a short walk to the beach and several good restaurants. The room is excellent for 2 to 4 people. My friend and I slept great and heard no outside street noise. I travel to all Dolphins home games and will look for this property again in the future.

Weekend at the Hard Rock

What a cute little place to stay if you are planning a fun weekend at the Hard Rock Casino close by. I really like how it was renovated with all new appliances. My sister and I like to get dressed up and fancy, so we definitely needed a second full length mirror. There was only one mirror tied into the bedroom closet. I would highly suggest adding another mirror in the living room area or in the smaller bedroom.

Perfect!

4145 is a perfect little staycation place, clean, comfortable with a large closet including beach chairs and umbrella for the quick walk to the beach. Restaurants, drugstore and shops all an easy walk as well. I will recommend it to any visitors and be confident they'll have a great stay.
