The living room is equipped with a BZ with a good mattress comfort, a flat screen TV, WIFI, 2 poufs, a coffee table and a bar table with 5 stools.
The apartment is equipped with a beautiful and large kitchen which is composed of a 4-burner hob, a microwave, a fridge with freezer, a dishwasher and all necessary comfort of crockery for 5 people.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower with wall, a piece of furniture with mirror and a small pharmacy. Separate WC. Large wardrobe in the entrance with a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
You will have during your stay a private place of parking.
The apartment is located in the residence Jamaïca in Canet en Roussillon (adjoining the MALIBU VILLAGE), the swimming pool is free and private in the residence and you will have access to the Tennis course. In the residence you will find a bicycle storage room.
In addition we offer free access to Malibu village and its activities: 3 fenced swimming pools including a children's paddling pool - 3 years old, 2 tennis courts, squash courts, Olympic swimming pool pass opposite (1 outdoor pool And 1 indoor heated pool, jacuzzi), club and nursery, animations including aquagym, zumba, and themed evenings, on site: Grocery, wellness area, restaurants, laundry
Access to the Club MALIBU VILLAGE is free: the fee of 30 € per adult and 15 € per child is offered to you.
You can enjoy all the activities of Malibu (evenings, children's club, restaurant, grocery ...) or stay calm in your own residence. Free childcare in the morning and in the afternoon.
Close to all the amenities of the city center, you can enjoy the summer atmosphere of bars, pubs, nightclubs, Géant Casino, pharmacy, BIO store, Mc Donald's, and Casa store within 5 minutes walk (greenway access).
Access in 2 minutes by car of the beaches. Bike path and walk in 10 minutes. The beach is also connected by bus or tourist train. The seaside resort is very lively with a beautiful sandy beach. Perpignan is 10 km away with direct access to the expressway at the exit of the residence.
Access to the hill of leisure to 10 mn on foot (Bowling, Lazer Game, discotheques, Pubs, etc ...)
Numerous tourist sites to visit within a radius of 50 km like Collioure or Céret, and Spanish border to 30 minutes. Numerous walks in the sea departing from the port (jet ski, diving ...)

We require a 30% deposit upon booking, with the signed contract in return, and the balance 1 month before the entry into the rental.
Tourist tax included in the rental price.
Deposit (not cashed) required during the handing over of the keys: 500 € which includes the deposit for the access bracelets to the swimming pool keys and badge of access to the residence.
