Located in Lacanau Océan, in the immediate vicinity of beaches and the town centre, this holiday home with a private, enclosed garden is ideal for a stay combining comfort, relaxation and seaside. The ocean and shops are just 300 metres away, while Lacanau Lake is accessible approximately 5 kilometres away. The accommodation is equipped with WIFI, an appreciable asset for family or friends' stays.



The house offers pleasant and well-arranged living spaces. The living room, convivial, is fitted with a sofa, a coffee table, a television and a DVD player, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The kitchen, functional and fully equipped, allows for independent stay thanks to complete equipment and numerous storage spaces. The separate dining area has a comfortable dining space with table, chairs and sideboard.



At night, the house offers two bedrooms. The first bedroom is equipped with a 160 cm double bed and storage, while the second bedroom has a single 90 cm bed and a 140 cm double bed. A pleasant conservatory room, located on the terrace side, provides an additional space bathed in light. A bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC completes the main space.



Outside, the terrace fitted with garden furniture and a jacuzzi invites relaxation and moments of conviviality. The fully enclosed garden, with no overlooking neighbours, allows you to fully enjoy beautiful days in complete privacy. An independent outbuilding completes the accommodation, with a double bed of 160 cm and a private bathroom including shower, washbasin and WC, offering additional comfort to welcome family or friends.



This seasonal rental in Lacanau Océan is ideal for enjoying the beaches, water sports, cycle paths and lively atmosphere of the centre, while benefiting from a calm and pleasant setting.
