Newly renovated and furnished guest house just steps from the
intracoastal waterway, boat ramp, and fishing pier. Layout features
kitchen/dining area, living room, office, master bedroom, guest
bedroom, and bathroom. Huge 3-car garage and oversized wooded lot
provides plenty of parking and space for a boat and/or RV. Kitchen includes all new cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and quartz
countertops. Master bedroom includes queen bed and walk-in closet.
Home is currently furnished with a queen sleeper sofa in the guest
bedroom and large sectional sofa in living room, providing sleeping for
4. Sleeper sofa could be moved to the living room with queen bed in
guest bedroom to provide sleeping for 6.

Location is ideally situated only 2 minutes from Walmart, 5 minutes from Sarasota Square Mall or either of two Publix supermarkets, and 10 minutes from Nokomis beach.
