Se encuentra en una posición estratégica en Conca dei Marini con una espléndida vista del Golfo de Amalfi, a 20 minutos a pie de la playa, accesible a través de pintorescas calles y escaleras rodeadas de vegetación.

Es un apartamento a estrenar, de reciente construcción, rodeado de vegetación y silencio.
Se accede al apartamento desde una característica calle peatonal.
El apartamento consta de un amplio salón completo con cocina y sofá cama doble y un dormitorio doble. Ambas habitaciones disponen de baño completo con ducha.
El apartamento se completa con dos terrazas con vistas al Golfo de Amalfi, con mesa y sillas protegidas por una sombrilla plegable y tumbonas.
Delante de las terrazas hay un pequeño jardín con un banco a la sombra de un olivo.
Dispone de conexión a Internet wifi de fibra óptica de alta velocidad.

Hay 2 paradas de autobús a 10 minutos a pie: una para Agerola y la otra para Amalfi y Sorrento.
El apartamento está equipado con AIRE ACONDICIONADO en todas las habitaciones.
Durante la temporada de invierno existe la posibilidad de calefacción.
El coste es de 1 euro por hora en base a un contador horario: no se necesita mucho para calentar el apartamento incluso en los períodos más fríos.
Muchas casas de la zona no tienen calefacción.

Great place, great location, very kind hosts!

We had a great time in Silvia and Sergio’s apt. It is even better than in the pictures. Clean, tidy and spacious. Also an outside area with beautiful views. The hosts are very helpful and the communication is swift. The apt is located well with quite a short walk to beach(es) and restaurants. Would definitely recommend to stay in Conca Dei Marini since it is beautiful and much less touristy compared to many other places in the Amalfi Coast.

Delightful!

Such a lovely stay at Magic View which certainly lives up to its name. The apartment has been newly renovated with lovely ceramic tiles throughout and stayed beautifully cool during the heat of the day. It is equipped with everything you need. Two delightful balconies allow you to make the most of the view and the weather. The bedroom was lovely on a raised mezzanine with plenty of storage throughout. The owners, Silvia and Sergio, were so helpful at all times and responded quickly to any questions. They also gave a lot of tips for places to visit. I loved our holiday there and would not hesitate to recommend it. It is in a beautiful village full of friendly people.

Great location on the Amalfi Coast

Nice location to explore the Amalfi Coast. Lovely views from the balcony and easy enough (for Amalfi ) to get to the beach and surrounding towns. Thd only negative is that the house doesn’t have an airconditioner and we couldn’t leave windows or doors open on the warm nights due to regular mosquito bites.

Thank you for your words of appreciation. I'm sorry you felt the lack of an air conditioner. No one before you has felt this lack ... the apartment is cool when it's warm outside. Then it is equipped with a powerful and silent dehumidifier: did you use it? Yesterday we arrived in Conca dei Marini and now we live in the apartment you left two days ago ... I think it's a matter of habit ... here we have never felt the need for an air conditioner and the dehumidifier is very useful. We live in Padua, the house belonged to an uncle ... when we have the possibiliyt to stay here it is a paradise for us!

Vue splendide

Vue absolument sublime depuis l'appartement ! au calme par rapport à l'agitation environnante. Bien situé pour visiter la Côte Amalfitaine Seul bémol, remise des clefs un peu compliquée quand arrivée après 19 H. Nous gardons un très bon souvenir de ce lieu de vacances !

un lieu superbe

Nous avons séjourné dans le logement du niveau zéro ,cet appartement était parfait pour deux et semblable à sa description , son emplacement est idéal pour visiter la cote amalfitaine , son meilleur atout c'est cette vue incroyable , par contre nous n'avons pas apprécié de devoir payer pour le parking alors que dans la description il y avait noté la présence d'un parking qui était également sur les photos de l'annonce , de plus sur la carte remise par Fiore au prix de 48 euros nous avons découvert que cette carte était gratuite pour les résidents..

Merci pour les mots d'appréciation pour notre appartement. Je suis désolé pour votre observation concernant la parking card. Si vous nous aviez écrit à ce sujet, je vous aurais donné des explications. La photo du parking privé fait référence à notre autre propriété BEAUTIFUL SEA VIEW (140 m²) exactement au-dessus de l'appartement que vous avez réservé MAGIC SEA VIEW (70 m²): les deux appartements ont des entrées séparées. Vous n'avez probablement pas lu la description sur le site où il est spécifié que pour le petit appartement MAGIC SEA VIEW il y a la possibilité d'avoir une parking card. Je voulais m'informer avec précision : vous avez eu des informations incorrectes. Je voudrais souligner, même pour les futurs clients, que les résidents n'ont pas de parking card gratuite. Les résidents ont une carte gratuite (qui n'est pas la parking card) à afficher sur le tableau de bord avec la plaque d'immatriculation : elle est donc personnelle au propriétaire de la voiture. La parking card annuelle est très chère pour nous propriétaires et c'est pas cher pour 50 euros par semaine..... Je suis désolé pour le malentendu.

Séjour magnifique!

Nous avons passé 5 jours merveilleux sur la côte Amalfitaine. De notre appartement nous pouvions allez à Positano ou Ravello en 15 à 30 minutes en auto. L'appartement est bien placé, spacieux, propre et tranquille. Fiore, la personne qui nous a accueilli, est très gentil. Je recommande l'appartement de Sylvia et Sergio.

quiet location, easy busing, friendly owners

Fiore, the property manager, met us at the bus stop and drove us to the flat. It was very clean and had a spectacular view. The owners, Silvia and Sergio, were upstairs for the weekend and invited us up for a visit and some cake, giving us lots of ideas for things to do during our stay. Fiore's restaurant, La Bonta da Capo, was excellent! Once we figured out the bus system it was fairly easy to get where we needed to be along the Amalfi Coast. Fiore also helped us with our bags on checkout day.

Fantastic view

We had a lovely time in your apartment on the Amalfi Coast. It’s larger than it appears in the photographs and has complete privacy as the doors have interior shutters. It was especially nice having 2 bathrooms. The restaurant Le Bonta del Capo was magnificent. It is a bit too far for us to walk up hill, but we never had parking issues there. And having the small grocery store next to the restaurant was convenient. They have a good selection of just about anything we needed. We will certainly consider renting from you again in the future.

Storia e natura

In un ambiente recuperato al passato, si vive qui un'esperienza unica e indimenticabile: tra i limoneti e gli uliveti , dal luccichio del mare emergono gli ori del duomo di Amalfi e la torre saracena di Capo di Conca. E' un'immersione nell'immenso del mare e nell'infinito del tempo.

Terrazza sul mare

Appartamento splendido, nuovo con una bellissima vista sul mare di Amalfi. Pulito, confortevole con ogni optional. Spazioso ed addirittura con 2 bagni; una terrazzina ed un balcone dove poter far colazione con vista mare! Siamo una coppia ed abbiamo soggiornato per qualche giorno, lontano dal caos in una posizione strategica per raggiungere le mete più famose della costiera. Nelle vicinanze sono facilmente raggiungibili un fornito market, un eccellente ristorante e tabacchi. I proprietari sono stati disponibili per ogni esigenza, discreti e gentili nel fornirci indicazioni e consigli sul luogo. Parcheggio facile e comodo. Consigliatissimo!!!

Magnifique vue

Appartement très propre et bien entretenu avec une vue magnifique sur la côte Amalfitaine. Prendre le petit déjeuner ou l'apéritif sur la terrasse est un véritable régal pour les yeux. Conca dei marini est un charmant village, calme, avec une agréable petite plage et idéalement situé pour visiter la cote Amalfitaine. La propriétaire quant à elle se fera un plaisir d'échanger avec vous pour l'organisation de votre voyage.
