It features two bedrooms: the first, an exterior room, comes with a double bed (1.50 x 2.00 m) and overlooks a small, picturesque patio, as well as large wardrobes. The second bedroom is equipped with a single bed, offering a large window and a balcony with views to the exterior.

The living room is spacious, bright, and very comfortable, with two large balconies that allow plenty of natural light to flood the space. It is also furnished with a dining table for six people and a sofa bed. The open-plan kitchen, adjacent to the living room, is spacious and fully equipped with appliances and kitchenware to meet all guest needs.

The bathroom is independent and spacious, ensuring maximum comfort. The highlight of the apartment is its private terrace, measuring around 20 m², which is accessed by climbing two floors outside the apartment. The terrace is furnished with garden furniture, plants, and all the amenities needed to relax while enjoying stunning views of the Cathedral and Giralda.

Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
