Welcome to Villa A03! This comfortable villa close to the pool, clubhouse and laundry facilities. Fully equipped 2 bedroom 1&1/2 bath for your complete home away from home stay including linens and beach towels. This villa sleeps up to 4 people with a king size bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the second bedroom, screened lanai, flat screen television in the livingroom and tile throughout. A short walk to the #1 Beach in America by Dr. Beach twice!!

Cockroach found under bed

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Employees are very nice! We have stayed here two years in a row. Last year was great. This year not so much. It was filthy. Horrible stench to it. And a cockroach found under the bed. I put it in a zip lock bag with our keys checking in. I also took pictures.

Needs a face lift

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in this unit 2 years ago and returned again this year. We won’t come back again after looking at some of the other rentals and seeing how nice they are for the same amount of money. It didnt seem like they have done anything to this unit in the past 2 years to keep it updated. At the same time it was clean which I appreciate.

Paradise!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been vacationing on Siesta Kay for over 50 years now. My parents took us when we were young children. Then my husband & I, then we brought our kids, & now we get to bring our grandchildren!! And Casa Blanca is our favorite place to stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It is always a pleasure to be able to spend time on Siesta Key in the winter. I have been very disappointed the last few years when I’ve stayed in the same villa as Itge owner won’t have the Xfinity box put in there is no WiFi available. I have brought it to the attention of the manager and I hope she takes care of the situation with the owner. It is a lot of money to pay for a month without WiFi.
