The residence is fully secured, with security posts and barrier located at 3 accesses. The beach is 700m away, and La Marina is 1.5km away, with supermarket, shops and restaurants.
The city of SAIDIA is 5 km (souk).

Passenger transport
Oujda airport about 60 km, 45 to 50 minutes to reach the seaside resort.
Nador airport about 80 km, or 1h15 journey.
The vehicle is essential. You can rent a car at the different airports.
Otherwise, the bus stop is about fifteen minutes walk.

Other remarks

I advise you to be transported, the marina is 1,5km, the beach 700m and the city center of Saidia 5 km. There is a supermarket, and many shops and restaurants at the Marina. The GOLF field is facing the main entrance of the residence.
