Apartment on 2 floors in Port Emporda (5 minutes from the center on foot), very quiet, comfortable (access with lift), with 3 bedrooms (2 canal view rooms with a double bed and 1 small room with two bunk beds).
Recent and neat decoration, 2 terraces overlooking the canal: 1 small in a bedroom and 1 large upstairs. This terrace, not overlooked, is partly closed by a veranda.
Upstairs, the equipped kitchen, the living room and the terrace have a beautiful view of the mountain and the canal.
Private parking in underground garage. Located near all shops, large sandy beach at 900m, accessible on foot from the apartment (about 15mn). The mooring for a boat of about 2.50mx 6m is visible from the apartment, at the foot of the building and access is private. This mooring is equipped with water and electricity on the pontoon.
The apartment can be rented with or without the mooring.
Household linen is not provided.

De superbes vacances dans un super appartement

Appartement bien situé, proche de la plage, des commerces et des restaurants...tout peut se faire à pieds sans utiiser la voiture. L appartement est bien agencé, tres calme et une super vue sur les canaux. Des propriétaires avec qui on peut echanger si besoin et qui repondent à toutes nos questions.... si on retourne en vacances a Empuriabrava, on relouera cette appartement sans hesiter !

Schönes Appartement in schöner Umgebung

Das Appartement liegt recht zentral im Ort Empuriabrava in einem schon etwas in die Jahre gekommenen Gebäude mit zahlreichen anderen Appartements und einer etwas engen Parkgarage. Zum Strand sind es 10 bis 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Die gesamte Appartementanlage war trotz zahlreicher Besucher/Bewohner sehr ruhig. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr gut, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Größe des Appartements war für unsere Bedürfnisse (zu fünft) ausreichend, kleiner hätte es nicht sein dürfen. Einparken in der Parkgarage erfordert bei einem größeren Auto etwas Geschick, gut gelegener Stellplatz direkt am Fahrstuhl. Die sehr schöne Terrasse des Appartements bietet einen tollen Blick über den Ort in Richtung Pyrenäenausläufer, wir konnten sie wegen der schwülen Hitze Ende Juli/Anfang August leider nur spät abends wirklich genießen. Gegen Ende unseres Aufenthalts hat uns sehr starker Wind in der Wohnung gehalten. Von der Klimaanlage haben wir sehr profitiert. Im TV französisches Fernsehprogramm. Hervorheben möchte ich den freundlichen und guten Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Wir haben dort eine schöne Urlaubswoche verbracht. Vielen Dank!

Die Wohnung hat wirklich alles, was man im Urlaub mit Kindern braucht. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen sicher bald mal wieder. Wegen der doch gefährlich-steilen Treppe nur bedingt für kleine treppenunerfahrene Kinder geeignet...

Logement très propre et agréable, conforme à la description donnée sur internet. La terrace est très agréable, pour les repas notamment, la vue sur le canal est jolie. Le logement est très bien équipé, la communication avec les propriétaires est excellente. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

Excellent séjour

Charmant duplex, tout équipé avec superbes vues du balcon et de la terrasse. On peut y voir des sauts de parachutistes de la terrasse (aérodrome proche sans nuisances). Une place de parking en sous-sol avec ascenceur. Supermarché à 5mn et épicerie, traiteur à 200 mètres du logement. Nombreuses plages à visiter aux alentours proches. Nous avons quitté ce logement avec regrets !

Agréable séjour

Bel appartement fonctionnel, le plus sont des deux terrasses qui permettent de profiter de l'extérieur tout au long de la journée avec une jolie vue sur le canal. Je recommande cet appartement sans hésitation.

Très bel appartement, tout comme sur les photos, aucunes mauvaises surprises ! Les terrasses sont spacieuses et offres une vue magnifique sur le canal et sur les montagnes ! L'appartement est tres bien équipé (micro-onde, congélateur, clim, plancha, produit menager etc) nous avons manqué de rien. Les proprio sont très gentils, à l'écoute et disponible pour toutes questions. L'appartement est bien situé, à 15min à pieds de la plage (de sable) et 10min des commerces. Beaucoup d'activités sont à faire (jetski, location de bateau, parc aquatique, mini golf a 5 min de l'apart...). A 15min en voiture vous pouvez profiter de très belles criques avec une eau très claire (vers Roses). De très bonne vacances à refaire et à recommander sans hésitation !!

Appartement très bien équipé et fonctionnel, situé à seulement 20 minutes à pied de la plage! L'appartement est conforme aux photos et très agréable. La vue de la terrasse est top, vue sur le canal, les montagnes au loin.... Les informations fournies pour le trouver étaient très précises. Autre avantage, la place de parking privée en sous-sol dans un garage sécurisé; idéal quand on veut laisser la voiture au domicile sans risque! Proche également des commerces, restaurants, bars... Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine de vacances à Empuriabrava avec nos trois enfants! Gros point positif, le contact très facile et très agréable avec les propriétaires! Aucune hésitation, si nous revenons à Empuriabrava, nous reviendrons dans cet appartement!! Merci aux propriétaires pour tout !!!

Urlaub in Empuriabrava

Wir (2 Erwachsene+2 Kinder 2+4 Jahre) hatten eine wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Empuriabrava. Das Apartment ist ausreichend groß und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Die Waschmaschine war ein Segen... Die Tiefgarage ist etwas eng aber war für ein fast 5m Auto auch kein Problem. Der Fahrstuhl geht direkt von der Garage in das Stockwerk der Whg. Das erleichtert das Tragen. In der Wohnung selbst ist zu beachten, man muß eine enge Treppe von den Schlafräumen hinauf zur Küche und Terrasse nehmen. Die Terrasse selbst ist gut nutzbar zum Frühstück und Abendessen. Der Balkon vom einen Schlafzimmer nutzt eher für den Wäscheständer zum Trocknen der Sachen. Die Buchung ging Reibungslos. Da ich kein französisch spreche, erfolgte die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern auf englisch. Die Antwortzeiten waren schnell. Auf deutsch wäre eine Verständigung glaube ich auch möglich gewesen, da in der Verwandschaft der Vermieter jemand jahrelang in Deutschland gelebt hat. PS: Für die Betten benötigt man Bettlaken mit einer Breite von 160cm!

Je vais depuis plusieurs années à Empuria la Brava. Cette location est de loin la meilleure. Tout est comme sur les photos. Propriétaire à l'écoute et très réactif. Le plus, une place de parking sécurisé, la vue, la situation par rapport au centre ville et un prix très raisonnable. Je garde cette adresse pour les prochaines fois.

prachtig plekje

Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in dit appartement. Alles was aanwezig wat we nodig hadden. Ook de winkels dichtbij en het strand dichtbij. En het meest blij waren we met onze eigen boot plekje. De eigenaars zijn erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam, ook al waren ze niet in de buurt, telefonisch waren ze altijd bereikbaar.

Belles vacances

Un bel appartement avec de l'espace, une vue dégagée et surtout un calme très appréciable tout en étant proche de tout (magasins, restaurants, plage ...) Les propriétaires sont attentionnés et sérieux. Nous recommandons cette location !
