Subdivision Corkscrew Flats est une vieille développement à pied de 4 ans à la rue principale sur la rue Wellington Road. Sur la route de bus pour faciliter l'accès aux remontées mécaniques et de la ville historique de Breckenridge. Condo est une maison achevée en Octobre de 2007. Nouveau mobilier, appareils électroménagers, des comptoirs en granit, avec de superbes vues et une entrée privée à côté de Creek français. Les propriétaires vivent dans la ville et sont disponibles pour l'assistance pendant votre séjour. Nouveau lit king, Direct TV, chaîne stéréo, DVD, WI-FI gratuit, plafonds de 9 pieds, et dans la chaleur plancher radiant pour votre confort. Unité silencieuse sans fumée.

Christmas Ski Vacation

We absolutely loved staying at this property! Very comfortable bed, shower had lots of hot water, and we had a beautiful view out our living room window. It was extremely close to the bus pick up and the bus was very easy to get to and from the ski slopes. We loved staying here!

Warm cozy, convenient place to spend a few days on the slopes. Shuttle access made maneuvering through Breckenridge simple. We had a wonderful stay that was quiet and relaxing. We can't wait to return.

The perfect location for visiting Breck. We were literally minutes from downtown and right on French Creek. The pictures don’t do this place justice! It was perfect and the host was incredible. I highly recommend!

Breath-taking views.

Close proximity to downtown Breckenridge, but far enough away from the crowds. Very quiet area with beautiful views of mountains. Enjoyed listening to the creek, which ran alongside the Vrbo. Nice area to go for walks or ride a bike.

Perfect base to explore Breckenridge

This property fit us perfectly. It was close to downtown, but not too close. The views are beautiful and we loved hearing French Creek through the open windows. The property is small, but well laid out and organized, so that we had plenty of space. We would book it again without hesitation.

Great property a short distance from downtown. We never walked to downtown or took the nearby bus. I estimate the walk would be around 20 minutes. Parking downtown was very easy and affordable, but we were there off season. Very nice neighborhood with some walking trails and great views. The dedicated parking spot was nice to have. I recommend staying here if you are not committed to staying downtown.

Really enjoyed this property and the location. Lots of light for a downstairs unit on the main house. Quiet neighborhood and great views. As stated, it is a downstairs unit, so the only knock is hearing the upstairs foot traffic.

Mountain escape

Perfect place for an escape from the heat. The cozy little unit was located surrounded by trees, mountains and the sound of the river. This only added to the charm. We’ll be back!

Nowhere in town are the views of the Ten Mile Range and Continental Divide more complete. We have lived in town for 30 years and find Breckenridge one of the most beautiful and active places in the Rocky Mountains.
