**The rental week of June 27-July 4 is a 9-day rental with check in on June 25 at 3:00! Two extra days!!

Beautiful Vacation property!! Outstanding location as 35th St is only 2 blocks wide with mostly single family homes with the old Avalon feel.
35th St beach area is twice as wide as other Avalon beaches giving you and your family ample space on the beach to spread out and enjoy.
A short walk to restaurants and all towns fun. No busy hotels or loud businesses near property. This is an extremely well kept/ and cleaned property with all appliances having been recently upgraded. Note: This is a side-by-side townhouse. Features include 4 bedrooms/Private Master BR on 3rd floor 2 1/2 baths. Sunset and bay views from the decks on comfortable outdoor furniture. Large nice outdoor shower. This property has all the sought after amenities to accommodate your memorable stay. Beach chairs provided for your use. 255 35th St is very popular property with vacationers!! Beach Chairs and cart are provided for our guests. Living room and kitchen furniture recently updated. NO PETS. Property has annual service contracts for heating and AC pest and insect control to make guests stay as pleasant as possible air ducts cleaned annually. Air filters, water filters changed semiannually.
