Very nice apartment 3 *** of 43 m2, 3 rooms, for 6 people, on the 1st floor with south facing balcony, located in the heart of the village of La Clusaz in a building of 7 apartments.
Local ski and mountain bike on the ground floor.
For parking you have a reserved parking on the condominium at the bottom of the building.
Possibility to rent towels and sheets (bed made on arrival).
350m from the ski slopes and mountain bike (5 minutes walk), 600m from the bus station, 150m from the bus stop, close to all shops (food, bank, sports shop ...) and all activities offered by the center of the village.
We are in partnership with the Ski Fun store in La Clusaz for the rental of ski equipment.
Partner of the tourist office, you will benefit from the Roi Roi card and the relaxation card more for the summer season.
Balneotherapy Serge Blanco located 5 minutes walk from the rental.

We had a lovely time at this property, perfect location, no snow left in the town but short drive to Balme and we could ski, everything we needed and parking right next to property. Would definitely stay there again.
our 5th visit to Laclusaz, and the appartment was the best we have stayed in. Everything we needed, warm, clean and great location to ski lifts and restaurants. Severine was really helpful, and as we only spoke english, she translated through her daughter. Checkin was easy and early for France at 2pm. Great stay - we will be back!
I can t speak more highly of this beautiful property. Spotlessly clean, so well equipped and a wonderful location. The owners are so pleasant and make you feel very welcome.I cannot recommend more highly. If you plan to visit La Clusaz, and the surrounding region then this is definitely the place to stay.
We had a great stay. Although Severine was not English speaking and we speak no French she was able to communicate everything we needed. As we had 2 small children skiing we used the ski lockers at Bossenet to save carrying them which meant we didn’t use the ski room at the property. Lovely to have the bakery next door for breakfast every day. The house is well equipped for cooking.
Très bel appartement situé dans le haut du village
L'appartement est très bien entretenu, propre et bien équipé. À proximité du bowling et non loin du Bossonnet. Pour le centre du village comptez moins de 10 minutes à pieds avec un enfant.C'etait un vrai plaisir.
L’appartement est conforme au descriptif. Situé au centre du village, bien agencé, très propre et nous avons été très bien accueillis. Propriétaire disponible.
Un cours d’eau coule au pied de celui-ci. Le bruit de l’eau nous berçait 🙂.

Accueil très sympathique, visite de l'appartement très fonctionnel, bien équipé et très bien situé, et explications pour les sorties à La Clusaz, conseils pour les activités... Tout pour passer une bonne semaine! Restitution tout aussi agréable, je recommande.
Très bonnes vacances dans cet appartement spacieux, très bien aménagé et d'une grande propreté en plein centre de La Cluzas. Mme perillat est très accueillante et sympathique.

Village agréable et reposant
Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine avec notre petite fille de 3 ans. Emplacement idéal, appartement agréable. Nous reviendrons très certainement !
- Accueil parfait à notre arrivée.
- Appartement situé au plus près des commerces et à 400 mètres même pas de l'ESF des Bossonnets et départ des pistes.
- Accès cave avec possibilité de laisser ses accessoires de ski en toute sécurité.
Location très bien tenue et les propriétaires sont à l'écoute et disponibles. Je recommande chaudement cette location.
