Modern and very comfortable apartment, 85 m² located in the city center, in a quiet street, 300 m from the sea and 100 m from shops, in a small building with 14 apartments (R + 2), residential, with shared swimming pool .
Ideally located between the old town and the new one. You can park your car in the underground car park and do everything on foot (sea, beaches, shops).
The apartment has a 35 m² terrace and is separated from the swimming pool (open all year) by a gate.

Wonderful stay

A lovely, recently refurbished and quiet ground floor apartment with direct access to the pool. Evelyne was very good at communicating and all went well with the check in process with Marta. Highly recommended.

Perfect

Really smart and comfortable 2 bedroom apartment. The terrace was useful, and led directly out to the pool. Car parking was a bonus. Marta the property manager was really kind and helpful, will be returning next year

L'Escala experience

We spent a lovely time in l'Escala and enjoyed the beautiful wheather. We went hiking along the coast, did a biking tour and discovered the history of l'Escala and other cities and villages at the Costa Brava. We will certainly come back and hopefully be able to rent this apartment again

Excellent apartment

This is a superb apartment, clean and well equipped. The underground parking is extremely useful and secure. The south facing terrace gets the sun for most of the day and is nicely sheltered from the cool northerly breezes. Good location only 5 minutes walk from the old town. Excellent WiFi enabled me to work remotely without any problems. Good communications and instructions. Evelyne and Marta were extremely helpful. I Hope to return.

Excellent, well-equipped apartment not far from the old town.

Spacious ground floor apartment conveniently located an easy 10 minute walk from the old town. Good communication with the owners and Marta is very welcoming and helpful. Generously equipped kitchen with plenty of crockery, cutlery and glasses. Good sized parking space but we have a long car and found the access very narrow. Plenty of space on the road outside at this time of year. Would highly recommend and plan to come back.

Sehr schönes Appartment. Alles für einen Aufenthalt vorhanden. Wie wurden spät am Arbend durch Marta sehr nett empfangen und bekamen auch noch eine Übersicht über die Stadt. Alles notwendige ist fußläufig erreichbar. Wir kommen gern wieder.

D’abord nous sommes accueillis par Marta qui nous donne toutes les informations dont nous avons besoin, ensuite nous nous installons dans cet appartement spacieux, lumineux confortable et très bien équipé .Puis avec les bonnes adresses de restaurants nous nous sommes régalés avant d’entreprendre les nombreuses randonnées du coin et visites culturelles, autrement dit nous avons passé un excellent séjour

Perfektes Apartment für unseren Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft ist genaus so wie beschrieben. Mit allem eingerichtet was man braucht. Auf der Terasse hat man den ganzen Tag Sonne so dass man immer draussen essen kann. Parkplatz in der Gararge ist von Vorteil.Tolle Restaurants in der Altstadt sind fußläufig in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Toller Check-In dank Marta und Evelyne. Jederzeit wieder.

Appartement très agréable et fonctionnel

Location exceptionnelle, propre, belle décoration, la vaisselle ne manque pas . Lave-vaisselle, lave-linge et sèche-linge sont très appréciables .Appartement très bien situé dans un quartier calme .Accueil irréprochable ( Merci à Marta et son papa) .Les échanges avec Evelyne, la propriétaire, ont toujours été très courtois . Een prettig appartement met ochtendzon. Het ligt tegen het oude centrum aan zodat je daar 's avonds gemakkelijker naar toe loopt. Auto kan in de garage of voor de deur (begin mei, in de zomer is het op straat waarschijnlijk een stuk drukker). In de keuken is alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt.

Un excellent séjour

Très bel appartement, très très bien équipé, moderne. L'accès à la piscine par la terrasse est un vrai plus. L'appartement est situé près de la vieille ville mais dans un quartier très calme. Martha, la personne qui nous a accueillis, est exceptionnelle, c'est elle qui est aussi en charge du ménage, et l'appartement était d'une propreté impeccable. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine.

Vacaciones 2020

Hemos podido disfrutar de unos días en un apartamento maravilloso, muy bien equipado, limpio, y con una fantástica piscina, en una zona muy tranquila y bien comunicada. Nos hemos sentido como en casa.
