A taste of authenticity in the heart of Touraine. This cottage occupies the first floor of an 18th century farm house. Entrance by independent external staircase, 25m² studio, old crooked tomettes and whitewashed walls, fitted kitchen, sleeping on the mezzanine, lounge and dining area, beautiful bathroom and above all a garden and a park near one hectare where you will find under a large weeping willow another shaded lounge, and a garden table with BBQ. At the end of the garden (150m), 45m from the private bank of the Indre where you can swim, canoe-kayak ... no TV, little WiFi, but bikes at your disposal. Come disconnect in the middle of roses ...
Location: 800m from the Loches national forest, 5km from Loches (its Logis Royal, its keep, its market, ...) 25km from Chenonceau, 30km from Amboise, 35km from the Beauval zoo ...
Activities: bikes and canoes available, fishing possible on site, hiking, forest walk at 500m, golf at Verneuil at 15km ...
The ground floor of the house can be rented at an additional cost, it is a pretty room with 3 beds.

Calme et à la campagne

Gîte très pratique d'utilisation. Lit en mezzanine, dégageant de la place au rez-de-chaussée. Très bon accueil du propriétaitre. Agréable et au bord de la rivière (l'Indre) . A proximité de Loches (10 minutes en voiture) .

Hemos disfrutado de diez días maravillosos. Zona tranquila con muchos sitios cerca para visitar. La casa tiene todo lo necesario y el poder usar sus bicicletas y canoas fue fantástico. El anfitrión ha sido muy amable. Alojamiento altamente recomendable.

Très beau cadre

Nous avons passés un très agréable séjour dans ce gîte. Calme et nature, cocktail parfait pour passer un séjour reposant. Mention particulière pour Moïse, une oie adorable, qui est venue nous tenir compagnie une soirée.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Es handelt sich um ein wunderschönes altes Haus mit einem riesigen Garten. Alles sehr liebevoll! Tolle Möglichkeiten wie Kanu oder Kajak fahren unter einer riesengroßen Trauerweide essen, in der Hängematte relaxen...und Philipppe verwöhnt einen zur Begrüßung auch noch mit regionalen Köstlichkeiten. Einfach fantastisch!

Escapade bucolique et heureuse dans la campagne lochoise

Grâce à l'excellent accueil de Philippe et à ses conseils très avisés, nous avons pu passer quelques jours superbes, reposants et gourmands. Nous avons découvert une région paisible, belle et riche en histoire. Le gîte est idéal pour un couple en soif de nature et de détente. L'Indre au bout du jardin est un vrai petit trésor en été.

Silence, calme et nature

Le gîte de Philippe est parfait pour tous ceux qui cherchent le calme et aiment la nature! Il est également idéalement situé pour la visite de plusieurs châteaux et autres monuments historiques. Philippe a été très accueillant et disponible. Il nous a conseillé des endroits à visiter en dehors des circuits touristiques et des producteurs locaux, auprès desquels nous approvisionner. Le gîte est silencieux, charmant et confortable. Il s'y trouve tout ce qu’il faut pour être totalement indépendant. Nous ne pouvons que chaleureusement recommander d’y faire un petit séjour.
