About this property

Small house by the sea

Rent detached house of 35-40 m2, furnished, redone in 2018. It is located above the beach of Minou, surf spot, accessible by a small dirt road, quite steep 60 m, in lush greenery, not overlooked. Sea view and lighthouse.
Outside: Garden, terrace + covered terrace equipped with table and chairs, garden shed, (barbecue, sun beds, parasol).
Inside: fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with large shower and toilet, washing machine, living room (with sofa bed), equipped with a TV, + room convertible into bedroom with blackout curtains and quality wall bed, good bedding, surrounded by storage.
Complete crockery, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, sheets, towels, hair dryer, radio set etc .... everything is provided.
Possibility of sleeping 2 children in the sofa if possible.
Close to Brest (Océanoplolis, the Castle, the Capuchins ...), the Port of Conquet, Ouessant Islands, Molène, shops and all amenities, you will enjoy the many coastal paths for your hiking and many opportunities for visits and outings nearby.

Nous avons passé une 10aine de jours dans le gîte. Il est idéalement situé à 5 minutes de la plage du Minou (non surveillée) pour laquelle nous avons eu un gros coup de cœur. Le gîte est effectivement accessible après un chemin en terre très pentu de 60 mètres ce n’est pas rien, heureusement que le monsieur nous a aidé en quad le premier jour. Ce n’est pas recommandé pour des personnes ayant des soucis de marche mais sinon ça fait de l’exercice. Pour monter les courses il faut le sac à dos Le gîte est très calme, bien isolé on entend l’océan on a beaucoup aimé. Il est très bien équipé nous avons apprécié la terrasse couverte lors des jours pluvieux. Un seul petit bémol les plaques électriques vieillottes il ne faut pas être pressé pour cuisiner (ça nous a un peu freinés pour cuisiner car une seule plaque chauffait vraiment) À part ça l’endroit est magnifique et permet d’avoir accès aux côtés très vite

Wunderbar entspannt

Das kleine Haus am Meer entsprach genau der Beschreibung und meinen Vorstellungen für einen Aufenthalt in einer ruhigen und landschaftlich reizvollen Umgebung zum Ausruhen, Wandern und für kleinere Entdeckungen und Ausflüge in der Umgebung. Das Haus ist durch großzügige Fensterfronten sehr hell und war sehr sauber und die Vermieterin hatte wirklich an alles Zweckmäßige gedacht, was den Aufenthalt angenehm für mich und meinem Hund machte. Alles war in einem ordentlichen und funktionierenden Zustand. Das Bett war großartig, ich habe sehr gut geschlafen. Die Terrassen und der Hof luden für jeden Anlass zum Verweilen ein. Besonders für den Morgenkaffee habe ich die kleine Terrasse zum Meer sehr genossen. Die Vermieterin wies mich ausführlich in das Objekt ein; Sprache: Französisch mit etwas Englisch und Translater Dank technischer Unterstützung. Der G34 verläuft in unmittelbarer Nähe, zum Strand nur wenige Gehminuten. Der Aufenthalt am Strand ist tidenabhängig möglich und bei Wellenreitern sehr beliebt, gleichwohl Schwimmen und Baden sind bei passender Brandung sehr gut möglich. Einkaufen in ca. 10 km Entfernung.Fazit: Für mich ein guter Ort um zu sein. Ich komme sehr gern wieder.Danke.

Encore une fois MAGNIFIQUE

Deuxième séjour à Plouzané dans cette maison merveilleuse en terme d emplacement, de vue et de confort. Mon ado et moi nous sommes ressourcées avec notre petite Naya qui aime être là bienvenue dans les logements. Rien a redire si ce n est qu on reviendra ça c est sur ! Merci Nadine pour la danse, l accueil et l'hospitalité ❤️ Bisous de nous trois

Wunderbar verstecktes Ferienhaus

Das Haus ist nach dem Parken auf einem eigenen Parkplatz über einen ansteigenden ca. 250 m langen Waldpfad erreichbar. Auf dem Grundstück ist man dann total alleine unter sich. Es sind alle nötigen Utensilien vorhanden, in der Küche z.B. fehlt es an nichts. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, und ihr Pferd hat uns täglich unten am Parkplatz begrüßt.

Séjour chez Nadine super dépaysant

Maison très bien aménagé. L'accueil du mari de Nadine était très sympa et ainsi que celui de son petit chien et du cheval qui attendait ses caresses aussi que son bout de pain et sa carotte. La maison est un petit coin de paradis au milieu de la verdure et tout près de la plage on entend même le ressac de la maison. Et une vue imprenable sur la mer et le haut du phare du Minou. Plein de promenade et de chose a découvrir dans les environs

Très beau gîte pratique avec tout ce qu'il faut... calme ... Juste l'accès sentier à monter jusqu'au gîte dur pour moi car ma mobilité n'est pas au top... Mais solution plus court en montant par le haut moins long ...

Magnifique et ressourçant

Notre séjour a été parfait. Un cadre exceptionnel, une région préservée et pleine de charme. La maison est très bien équipée et les petites attentions sont bien présentes. Ma fille de 11 ans a apprécié la plage à proximité, les visites et le confort de la maison. Notre petit chien a adoré le jardin et les belles balades à faire aux alentours. De mon côté j avais besoin d une pause et de m éloigner de la vie trépidante de la ville, j ai été comblée. Paysages magnifiques, des personnes sympathiques, une maison calme... Un merci particulier à Nadine qui nous a fait connaître une tradition bretonne : la danse. Nous nous réjouissons déjà de notre prochain voyage au "petit minou". Très grand merci à vous... Je suis très contante

Je suis très satisfaite de mon séjour une petite maison vu sur mer, tranquillité, très bien accueillis et surtout mon chien a étais le bienvenu, une maison et le terrain sécurisé pour les animaux. Un grand merci pour la jeune fille qui nous a accueilli. Merci beaucoup 😊

séjour parfait

merveilleux sejour :) Merci Nadine pour votre accueil , nous avons passé un excellent sejour et avons plus qu'apprecié la location.votre maison est vraiment top, on s y sent bien dès l'ouverture du portail.Nous avons egalement beaucoup apprécié les promenades aux alentours.
