Pretty tower of character of the XIXth century, just renovated (May 2017), labeled 3-star gîte de France, with 2 bedrooms that can accommodate 5 travelers.

You will find all the comfort to spend a short or long stay on the medieval historic site of Luzech.

With its furnished terrace built with Quercy stones, you can take advantage of the advantages of the proximity of the village center of the village while maintaining your tranquility (quiet street with very little traffic).

Private parking. Municipal swimming pool, nautical bases nearby. Night markets, farmers' markets and festivals that punctuate the season.

Location très agréable

Séjour très agréable dans une location atypique et très fonctionnelle. Décoration faite avec beaucoup de goût, disponibilité des propriétaires remarquable à tous points de vue (sur place et par sms), petites « douceurs » pour les enfants et les adultes dès l’arrivée...secteur géographique idéal pour les visites de la région et calme pour des journées de repos. Nous recommandons cette location vivement et si nous revenons dans le secteur gardons cette adresse pour un éventuel séjour.

Gîte atypique, charmant et rénové avec goût

Le gîte est idéalement situé pour visiter, il est également proche des commerces tels que la boulangerie, la pharmacie et une épicerie n'est pas très loin. Cette tour a été rénovée avec goût et le logement dispose de tout le nécessaire. Sonia est très arrangeante et répond très rapidement aux mails. Nous avons passé un bon séjour. Il faut cependant préciser que les escaliers sont très raides voire vraiment droits et qu'avec des enfants en bas âge, ce n'est pas l'idéal. Le risque de chutes est assez élevé.

Nous avions réservé ce logement pour une seule nuit dans le cadre d'une visite dans le Lot sur plusieurs jours. En arrivant sur les lieux nous avons découvert cette tour du XIX ème siècle rénovée avec goût. Très atypique dans sa conception mais avec un charme fou. Les enfants comme les parents ont tout simplement A-DO-RE !!!!! A réserver les yeux fermés lors d'un passage dans le Lot.

Environnement calme au sein de Luzech, le logement est bien conçu. Tout est fait pour s'y sentir bien et profiter des belles visites alentours. Dommage que le four était sale et que l'aspirateur ne fonctionnait pas. Merci à la maman de Sonia pour son accueil chaleureux et à Sonia pour nos agréables échanges téléphoniques.
