FYI: This is a family-friendly street with quiet hours between 10pm and 8am. Neighbors are close, kind, and respectful of these rules. This is not a house for loud groups or parties of any kind. This house is NOT directly on the lake — it sits on the back of a lot that has a house on the water. It does have great views of the water and easy access to the water with a public access point at the end of the street. If you have questions, please reach out and ask.

DESCRIPTION: Make memories of a lifetime in this two bedroom (great beds/mattresses), two-full-bathroom (with shower/tubs) guest cottage on the North East side of Torch Lake. This cottage comes with a convenient public access point to Torch Lake at the end of the street. This fun and peaceful retreat offers beautiful sunsets from the front porch, easy access to Torch Lake, and evenings watching the sunset or sitting around a fire pit. The newly updated open interior is clean and bright with great views of Torch Lake. The front porch is perfect for sipping coffee, wine or just watching the nightly gorgeous sunsets. On-site laundry is a plus. The great location of this cottage on the north end makes it easy to drive to Charlevoix or Petoskey as well as the cities of Central Lake or Bellaire.
