Newly renovated 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home. Sleeps 8, master bedroom with full bath on suite. Central air, radiant floor heat in bathrooms, new kitchen. All amenities conveniently located on one level. Located in the village of Cornwall on Hudson. Hiking trails, restaurants, Hudson river kayaking, Storm King Art Center, West Point Military Academy all within minutes of this charming village home.
This is a smoke free home however smoking outdoors is permitted.

A home for all seasons of fun:
Attend football games, graduation, concerts or fireworks at West Point. Then return to this newly renovated home to rest and regroup.
Sit on the front covered porch and watch the sun go down, listen to the sound of crickets, or sit around the propane gas fire pit in the back yard.

BBQ or prepare for your night out sampling the many fine dining establishments offered in the Hudson Valley.

Adventure awaits: hiking, biking, visiting Storm King Art Center, taking in the fall colors or kayaking on the Hudson River.

Browse and buy at nearby Jones Farm, Woodbury Commons Premium Outlets, the Newburgh Vintage Antique Emporium and Antique Furniture Warehouse, or cross the river and visit the many galleries and shops in Beacon or Cold Spring, NY. Beautiful home for our family gathering

I highly recommend this home! We enjoyed the house layout with plenty of space to visit and relax. It is well appointed for dining at home. A beautiful quiet setting with birds and wildlife in the backyard. Our hostess was very helpful before and during our stay. Would stay here again.

Perfect home for West Point events

Cozy Cottage far exceeded my expectations! It is a beautifully decorated and comfortable home with spacious rooms and outdoor spaces. Our hostess was extremely helpful and left detailed information about the house and surrounding areas. A big plus is that it is located in Corwall on Hudson and is only 18 minutes from West Points Washington Gate. I would highly recommend Cozy Cottage to anyone visiting the area but especialy West Point families looking for a roomy place to stay near the base.

Goregeous home w/lovely backyard!

I love to explore the Hudson Valley. This home is conveniently located in the village of Cornwall on Hudson, only 50 miles from NYC. Easy commuter or weekend home.

It is situated on the grounds of the former Scribner Summer Estate, a lovely McKim, Mead and White shingle style summer cottage from the Gilded Age (1892).

This home is adjacent to the original estate house and is very quiet and private. A village home, it has all the conveniences of public water, sewer and natural gas but very quiet and private.
