Like a small chalet perched on the 4th floor of a cute little building, this apartment is ideally located in the heart of Courchevel 1850, 5 minutes from the snow front (departure from the slopes), the Croisette or the Forum.
Whether you are a ski champion or a shopper, this is "the place to be" in Courchevel.

The apartment is composed of 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with a double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds), 1 mezzanine (2 single beds and 1 double bed) intended for children or young adults, 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with its adjoining dining room with a breathtaking panoramic view of the resort and the slopes (see photos taken by the owner) will therefore be in permanent immersion during your meals or during moments of conviviality or rest in this furnished cocoon like a little chalet.

The apartment is accessible on the rear part of the building (Impasse des Verdons), by an elevator then by a small staircase. For those who wish to keep their ski equipment with them, a large cupboard under keys, equipped with an electric boot warmer, is made available to you exclusively in the hallway of the building.

No need to rush into the crowds and the cold evenings or the resort offers you a torchlight or fireworks display, from the peripheral balcony of the apartment or from inside this apartment, you will be privileged spectators of these superb only for you!

In addition, we offer different ranges of services with our service providers and concierge service operating for several years in the resort.
Amounts to be compulsorily subscribed as part of the rental:
- linen package: 250.00 euros (for 8 people) with beds made on arrival
- mid stay cleaning package (2 hours): 80.00 euros
- end of stay cleaning fee: 180.00 euros
- daily or periodic cleaning option (on request).
The above amounts are not subject to VAT.

Of course as soon as a reservation is confirmed, we will put you in touch with our partners / providers on site to manage with them all your additional requests, such as: taxi orders, ski pass purchases, ski lesson reservations, deliveries of shopping, restaurant reservations, ...
