Lovely apartment in a great location

Lovely bright and clean apartment. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Kids loved the pool although us adults found it a bit chilly! Great location and the apartment was very comfortable with a lovely kitchen and bathroom and comfy beds. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Amazing stay

Cannot fault this property. Stayed for 5 nights with our 3.5 year old son. 2 excellent sized bedrooms, lovely big bathroom and nice living area with very well equipped kitchen. We self catered a lot during our stay and the kitchen and cooking facilities were excellent. The pool area is lovely and well maintained, always plenty of sun loungers and space around the pool. Great location, a few minutes walk to the centre of La Flotte which is just beautiful. We would love to stay again.

Bon séjour

Très bon emplacement, il est possible de faire beaucoup de choses à pied.. L'appartement est bien décoré et bien équipé. Quelques petites choses à réparer, mais dans l'ensemble tout était bien. Le plus, le parking et bien sur la piscine, très bien entretenue..

Great property, excellent heated pool and great location!

We spent a brilliant week on Île de Ré in this beautiful, modern apartment. The property is spacious and extremely well equipped. The shared pool is lovely and warm and despite visiting at the height of the summer, never felt too busy. The village of La Flotte is just a 5 minute walk from the property which is also ideally located for exploring the rest of the island. Highly recommended.

A week well spent

We have stayed in a few apartments at La Jolie Brise and this one was very nicely and recently refurbished, also one of few 2 bedroom units. It’s great to have access to a pool on holiday and being close to the harbour and shops at La Flotte. A couple more bits of furniture wouldn’t go amiss in the living room, it was a little sparse and the WiFi kit was lying on the floor but these are small criticisms and on the whole we really enjoyed our stay. The owner was really quick and positive in communicating arrangements and the local manager, Mathilde was super helpful.

idealement placé au calme

Correspond totalement au descriptif, donc aucune surprise. Stationnement sécurisé dans la propriété (Ouf, pas de parking payant) Seule manque, une terrasse ...mais on ne peut pas tout avoir. La piscine est un véritable atout. En résumé,que du bonheur. Nous recommandons cette location.

Très bonnes vacances au calme et dans le confort

La résidence est très calme et les fenêtres des chambres donnent sur une rue peu fréquentée. Proche de la ligne de bus, elle est un peu excentrée mais à moins de 10 minutes à pied du centre ville et du port, ce qui nous évite le bruit de la foule et des livraisons. La piscine est assez grande pour faire une vingtaine de brasses et elle est chauffée, ce qui n'est pas négligeable, surtout en Septembre. L'entrée de la résidence est sécurisée, l'appartement est très bien équipé, les lits sont confortables et tout est très propre. L'accueillante a été d'une grande gentillesse et bienveillance car sachant nos âges et nos conditions physiques, elle est venue nous chercher à l’arrêt de bus et a porté nos bagages alors que rien ne l'obligeait. Merci pour ces excellentes vacances !

Lovely apartment in a lovely town

The apartment is very modern and extremely well equipped. Comfortable beds. Excellent shower and bathroom. Kitchen is very good with induction hob and efficient oven. Wifi very fast. Location is just right with a short walk to the harbour area. Space for bike storage if you bring you own. Good sized pool which is kept very clean on a daily basis. Pool temperature is just right. We were very pleased to have chosen this apartment and would happily rent it again on future visits to the island. La Flotte is a delightful town with a selection of very good restaurants.

Résidence très agréable

Résidence verdoyante agréable avec la piscine. Proximité immédiate du port et des commerces appréciable. Pour les marcheurs, sentier du littoral bien pensé permettant de découvrir les autres villages proches. N'oubliez pas de vous poser aux bars à huitres pour une dégustation. Un très bon restaurant sur le port : l'écailler. La balade en vélo est incontournable de même que le point de vue en haut du phare des baleines. Grandes plages de sable à recommander pour les amateurs. Appartement fonctionnel, agréable et propre.

Location parfaite. Tout s'est bien passé. Résidence avec piscine très sympathique. Bon emplacement, proche du bourg, du port et de ses commerces. Idéal pour se balader en bord de mer. Très bon contact avec les propriétaires. Je recommande cette location.

Moderne Wohnung in toller Anlage

Alles ist sehr gepflegt und ruhig, der Pool mit Liegen und Sonnenschirmen ist sehr einladend und hat eine angenehme Temperatur. Der Weg in die Stadt und zum Hafen ist angenehm und kurz. Die Wohnungseinrichtung ist geschmackvoll und modern.
