Sawyer Home vicino alle Dune di Warren con piscina riscaldata!

Questa casa si trova sul lato lago della Red Arrow Highway. La struttura dista 15 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia di Warren Dunes. Oppure puoi guidare lì che richiederà solo 3-5 minuti (siamo così vicini). C'è un sentiero che puoi percorrere dalla nostra proprietà che ti conduce direttamente tra le dune (forniamo una mappa). Forniamo anche a tutti i nostri ospiti un pass per il parcheggio per la Cherry Beach situata a 15 minuti di distanza.
Quando entri, sei accolto da un bel portico schermato per il tuo divertimento. Al piano superiore c'è una grande cucina, fornita di tutto il necessario, lavastoviglie, tutto il necessario per preparare pasti meravigliosi. Abbiamo una sala da pranzo e un accogliente salotto. Ci sono 3 camere da letto al piano superiore con letti queen size in ognuna di esse. Al piano superiore c'è un bagno completo con doccia / vasca e doppio lavabo.

Al piano inferiore, abbiamo il nostro ampio spazio familiare con 2 divani che si trasformano in letti full size. Per i bambini e gli adulti ci sono due letti singoli e ognuno ha un letto a rotelle doppio. Abbiamo installato un televisore al piano di sotto con DVD per i bambini e abbiamo una sala giochi fornita di giochi per giocare.

Sorpresa, c'è una seconda cucina al piano inferiore che conduce al patio posteriore e alla piscina. Con due cucine, questa casa è in grado di gestire qualsiasi esigenza di cottura per qualsiasi grande riunione.

Abbiamo una piscina di acqua salata riscaldata per il divertimento degli ospiti. (Per le famiglie di bambini più piccoli, l'accesso alla piscina è recintato e ha una serratura per sicurezza). Forniamo asciugamani e gonfiabili per le vostre esigenze in piscina. E naturalmente c'è una lavatrice / asciugatrice a vostra disposizione dopo quei giorni di spiaggia sabbiosa. Il pool è attualmente CHIUSO per la stagione e riaprirà nel 2020.

All'esterno c'è un pozzo del fuoco con posti a sedere per rilassarsi e godersi le confortevoli notti del Michigan. La struttura si trova molto vicino all'autostrada Red Arrow in modo da poter esplorare le numerose attrazioni della zona.

Wonderful home

We had a wonderful stay at Rosie’s cottage! The house was perfect for our group of 10 plus our two dogs. Great front porch and outdoor area by the pool. Two kitchen areas/fridges was key for a group like ours. This home is stocked with anything you need including soap, bath necessities, kitchen soap, spices, foil… all the things you wonder if you need to bring with you, they had it! Niles, the property owner, was extremely responsive and stayed in touch regularly. The only comment/suggestion we had is that we wished there was another TV in the house since we had two younger kids that needed down time and the older kids were staying in the basement. Also would be nice to have another TV location for the sports fans in our group. Not a big deal at all though! We didn’t venture out much… spent most of our time at the pool or beach. A lot of area businesses seemed to be closed Mon- Wed. Sideyard was a cool little spot we watched live music on the patio one night and got carry out from Greenbush brewery across the street. Our kids loved Captain Mikes lol. Also visiting the nearby fruit market a few times which was great to have close! Overall, Rosie’s cottage was wonderful.

Owner was very easy to communicate with

Rented the cottage for a long weekend pre-busy season. The cottage was a very large space with plenty of amenities and a short walk to the lake. Surrounding neighborhood was great as well. Will look to return next year. Pet friendly was a huge bonus.

Fantastic Family Vaca

The house is beautiful. Just about any thing you need for day to day living was made available. We didn’t want to go out. We cooked every night, not wanting to go to a restaurant. It was a wonderful family experience. The memories will last forever.

This is the second time we've stayed at Rosie's Cottage. Nile's (owner) is very easy to work with and answers questions promptly. The property itself is wonderful with the pool, the privacy, the convenient location, the quiet neighborhood, and all the nearby attractions and beaches.

Great rental for families!

I would like to say as little as possible, in order to keep this gem to ourselves, haha. Everything was perfect for our family of 5, kids 13, 11 and 7 were all able to be entertained and to find space away from the others when needed :) Location was great for Weko beach, our favorite since no stairs and real bathrooms. I'll gladly pay the $15 pkg for a day of beach conveniences! But back to the house - stocked with everything you need, LOTS of bath and beach towels, all the kitchen things, even foil and saran wrap - which seems weird to mention until you've had a couple of no frills rentals. Pool was a nice distraction and around 6 ft deep at most, so made it easier for our youngest swimmer to still tool around. Lots of pool toys outisde, and plastic dishes/glasses in the downstairs kitchen for outside. Garage has all your baby and beach items, really I can't think of anything that wasn't available! Basement was refreshingly not oogy (iykyk),and the bathroom down there has been nicely updated. 5 stars for sure! Just don't reserve our week next year :)

A great long weekend

Extremely clean, updated home. Kitchen was very well stocked. I contacted the owner a few times with questions, and was answered immediately. We lucked-out with perfect, sunny weather, so spent our time at the pool. The screened-in front porch was our favorite place to gather.

Sawyer and neighboring towns are wonderful. The house is perfectly set up for a multi-family vacation. The house provided activities to keep the kids busy when they weren’t in the pool. Highly recommend!

Well stocked home!

This property has everything you need for a great stay - and that’s coming from 5 rather picky “mature” females. This is probably the most well stocked kitchen we have ever had, and there are tons of towels and blankets. They even have shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The house is a good setup, and we practically lived outside in the nice and clean pool area. If there’s one thing I would consider changing, it would be the ladder getting into the pool - it’s kind of wobbly. The host is amazingly responsive. You really can’t go wrong with this rental.

A wonderful stay!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Niles' home! It is in a great location and the house comes with everything you might need. It's really nice to be close to Lake Michigan, but also have access to a heated pool. If you need anything, Niles is great with communication! We look forward to staying here again!

Wonderful house - great pool!

We were 6 adults and 3 children. We thoroughly enjoyed the house and pool. The house was very well equipped with anything needed. Although we intended to visit the nearby Dunes, we so enjoyed the pool area that we never left the house for other activities.

Nice & Convenient

We enjoyed staying at this house and think it would be even more fun in the summer months with Warren Dunes being super close and being able to use the pool and fire pit. It was still an awesome house to stay at and make memories with our family that we don’t see often.

Family get together

This is a well appointed/supplied property. Three upstairs bedrooms are very nice. Sleeping arrangements in basement are good but by nature of it's location a bit dark/cool/damp. Pool was a nice addition but we spent most of the time at the beach.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

We are a family of five that live in the Chicago area. We have family ties to Michigan and have been visiting the towns of Southwest Michigan for many years. This home in Sawyer simply had everything and more that we were looking for. Enough space for our family and guests, a comfortable neighborhood that provided a sense of nature and privacy, and a location that enables our family to travel all over the area. This property is the perfect home for our family to host people and have a wonderful time enjoying the area. Since I have been enjoying hosting our coachhouse in the Chicagoland area, we want to do the same with our home in Sawyer.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

We just love the vibe and feel of the some. It has space, but also the feel of a cottage in the woods. We love relaxing on the front porch and of course relaxing in the pool. It just offers us so much, to be able to swim in a heated pool, and yet be with nature and the woods just led us to fall in love with it.
We have professional cleaners cleaning our cottage for all guests. They use anti-bacterial cleaning supplies and make sure our cottage is CLEAN and setup for all guests.
